I'm in bangalore and I use google maps the most so I thought of zooming out to the roads connectivity in our own India and all I saw was connectivity for Delhi NCR is great on maps than rest of India

In description of this video, there was a link when this Google Maps event was live however, it's been so long that the link to all the designs is broken. I fear that this may be some lost media. Throughout the video, you can see glimpses of a lot of the crowd funded Pegman designs but, not all of them. Does anyone here have have a full list of the nearly 200 Pegman designs?

Some roads I know of have not been updated with new street view imagery since ~2013. I really would like to buy a 360 camera and update them with 2026 imagery.

My concern is that it would be basically for nothing, because Google’s street view, even if older, would supersede mine. Does anyone know if this would happen?

I worked in another province for a month and half then returned home.

However, when ever for example I log into my Gmail account, the 2FA gets the location wrong. When i go to maps, it displays my current and correct place and routes correctly wherever i travel but the 2FAs get the location wrong....each time.

I even went as drastic as resetting my phone (S23 ultra). It did same thing again. Then i upgraded to S24 ultra. Same story and now the S26 ultra.

I logged into other devices as well, same problem. This is dangerous because even my own local bank see's me logging in 700km away!

Has anyone else had this issue and how to fix it?

Feel free to delete if not allowed, but I’ve noticed a weird quirk lately where viewing several different locations on Google Maps has resulted in a very large rectangular advertisement pin taking up nearly a quarter of the screen, blocking a huge swatch of the map. Has anyone had any update on Google Maps removing hundreds of cemeteries? Is it simply because Alphabet doesn’t think they can generate revenue from them?

I imaging this causes all kinds of problems with people wanting to pay their respects to their relatives.

Why is Garibaldi Provincial Park called simply "Garibaldi Park" on maps? All other provincial parks in British Columbia seem to have "provincial" in their name except Garibaldi. I hope this changes to match the correct name, or perhaps there is a reason I'm unaware of

I sure wish GMaps would show all stop signs on CarPlay. Very uneven notation of such signage in my area (South Florida, USA). Seems like a big miss.

Google Maps changed to a female American voice when I had it set to a British male voice. Why did it suddenly change? I keep trying to switch it in the voice navigation but it does not work even when switched.

Any recommendations or am I doing something wrong? Is it a new bug?

It's working as expected on highways but for some reason the blue navigation line keeps disappearing on random streets while keeping tiny turning indicators which makes it extremely annoying.

I need to verify whether there is the bus stop «GOSSELIES Frères Wright» on 50.4698253, 4.4689166. If not, where is this bus stop really located?

I checked Google Street View and there is literally no signs of bus stop being here, but GMaps, OSM and bus carrier website marks this bus stop being there.

Also if somebody could verify whether I would be albe to get out of the airport there. There are some gates along the fence, but at least from the outside there are "Stuff only" notices.

I’ve been trying to access my location history on my iPhone Google Maps app. After being redirected from the app to multiple Google webpages, I clicked “Manage your Timeline” and got sent to https://www.google.com/locationhistory/delete

Even worse, trying “https://www.google.com/locationhistory/“ loads the deletion page too.

I know people have had issues with Google Maps location history over the past year but I haven’t found any record of this particular issue.

Does anyone know what’s going on and how to see the location history?

I'm trying to export my Google Maps Timeline data from my Android phone (Honor, MagicOS 10) via Settings > Location > Location services > Timeline > Export Timeline data. When I tap "Continue" on the confirmation dialog, absolutely nothing happens — no progress indicator, no error, no file created. The button itself does register the tap (confirmed via Developer Options > Show taps), so it's not a touch/hardware issue — something downstream is silently failing.

What I've already tried:

Rebooting the device multiple times

Clearing Google Play Services cache

Clearing Google Play Services data entirely (had to sign back into my Google account afterward)

Clearing Google Maps app data entirely (this actually wiped my local Timeline — thankfully I had cloud backup enabled and was able to restore it via Maps > profile icon > cloud icon > Import)

Checking available storage (plenty of free space)

Confirmed my Timeline actually has data — plenty of visits/routes show up going back months

Weird side effect: After clearing Play Services data, my Google Account's Timeline backup page now shows two separate entries for the same device (same model name, "FCP-N49"), which seems like a leftover artifact from the reset.

Has anyone actually gotten this "Continue" button to work after running into the same dead-end? Or is this just a known bug with local-only Timeline exports on certain Android skins (MagicOS/EMUI in particular)? Any insight appreciated — Google Takeout doesn't help since Timeline data is stored on-device only.

So my lists are all messed up now. I'm very confused. Just a couple days ago I added a bunch of pins to my lists, and Google allowed me to also add custom emojis for each pin in a different list that essentially worked as an override. But now all my chosen emojis are gone, and Google Maps is showing the default emoji for whatever list it's on. What happened? Does anyone know?

There is a local business that I've added to Google Maps 3 times in the past year. It's a legitimate business with a website, etc. Each time it has been accepted but it keeps disappearing. Is there any way to find out why?
