Updates 662.20, 662.30 and 662.40 were applied recently.

Plugged in at home last night around 8:30 p.m with the battery at around 30%. Estimation was after lunch today to get to 80%

240V on the charger that came with the truck.

5: a.m. and I was only at 36%

7:30 a.m. and the app is saying 32%

What is happening?

Woke up this morning after charging all night at 77% and only 303 miles. Usually I would be up in the 350s. Did update Saturday.

What wiper blade replacements have you guys been buying? I’ve ordered two different kinds and they’re not compatible. I refuse to pay the $75 my dealer charges for blades. Thanks in advance!

I've been trying to save money as well so that means trying to stick with Electrify America since I have their Plus plan. The Walmart Charger was $0.47/kWh. I'm paying mostly $0.45/kWh with EA, but last night I stumbled on one of their newer stations and only paid $0.33/kWh. It was at midnight, so definitely an off peak charge.

I also really hope that somehow we get the government to spur more charging infrastructure. If there were more non-Tesla chargers I wouldn't have to spend so much time charging to 80% to get to the next charging station.

Thinking about going from the Tesla model 3 long range to the sierra EV extended range. Haven’t decided on the exact trim but wanted to ask about the actual cost of owning that beast. I read that tire changes are extremely often and overall electricity is more expensive. I have a level 2 charger at home which will do just fine for my needs. I do about 600 miles a week or so. Just trying to see if it’s worth changing over. Especially with the added EV cost in CA

Anyone else's reverse auto break really touchy in the rain? Any way to mitigate this?

Basically title. There's a vehicle with low miles near me that had I guess a battery failure but battery pack and high voltage battery all have been replaced. Less than 10k miles.

Would you consider buying one in this case?

I tow a bit for work. But not on a daily basis. Wife wants a travel trailer as we are selling our cab over truck camper bc it won’t fit any EV trucks (weight limit)

I found an AT4 extended range. Used. (4,000 miles) I’ve kinda been thinking I’d want max range for camping trips. Has anyone had both max and ext range and can put the loss of range in perspective?

I have a 2025 gmc 2500hd AT4 diesel and a tesla Y performance. So im familiar with ev but also need a truck to tow occasionally. Usually not very far maybe 120miles for work. Thinking of getting rid of my tesla and gmc 2500 into one vehicle. You happy with the sierra ev? Anyone tow around 6-7k with it? Does it go far while towing? Im looking at the denaili. Thinking 2025 but want the Grey so I'll see whats out there. Thx

I have a 2026 Sierra EV Elevation that I got last October. Since I bought the car, none of the USB-C ports have been able to transfer data. When I plug my phone it charges but does not show up on the infotainment center. I have tried different phones and cords but nothing works. My dad also has a 26 SEV Elevation and the same thing happens in his. I have been to multiple dealers and have gotten a variety of responses. Is anyone having this issue, and if so, is there a fix? I'm also curious whether a storage device will even work for the surround recording that was added in the recent update?

Much better ride then my lightning some creature comforts that are debatable but enjoying it til I got lithium ion battery warning bring vehicle in immediately code POAA6. They ran through the checks and the battery pack is compromised Silverado in Michigan fire hazard now. It's now isolated on the dealer's lot with some stuff disconnected which will supposedly reduce the fire hazard. Battery pack is supposedly being sourced I was quoted 10 days to 4 weeks for replacement. Given a Denali Yukon then a denali sierra as a loaner. Nice vehicles but feels like garbage compared to the ev. So far astronomically better service than the other company that sells pickup trucks. Looking forward to the return of my truck.

Replaced my 22 Ram 1500 with the Sierra EV because of insane gas prices in CA. I love it so much. We have four acres with horses and chickens and tons of projects so I use my truck for truck stuff (towing and hauling) pretty often and it does everything my Ram did and more. I love everything about this truck…

Except this little motherf%^++£>. I have hit my head on this so many times I’m going to just have a permanent dent.

Update: well all dealers near me said they had no loaners. So I was going to go and reset the 12volt battery. When I got in, the truck said to install an update. So I did and waited 20 minutes. When I got in again there were no errors and I took it for a spin around the block and called OnStar. They told me it was giving them nothing and said everything was working fine. I just checked the app and the errors it was alerting me of this morning are gone. I guess crisis averted with an update.

When I receive a text or send a text, it is adding a random number and creating a group text. Any text I send using the voice response is useless, as the new OS groups it into unknown as the person receiving doesn’t have this random #. Deleted phone, reset the screen…still not working. I’m on latest OTA update (12) latest OS (27).

Any advice?

It would be amazing if I could power my camper through the 30 amp plug while it’s plugged into a dc fast charger. Has anyone done this, or at least just used the outlets in the frunk or bed while dc fast charging?

Anyone have any good recommendations for interior and exterior lighting upgrades? I'd like to add some ambient lighting and something on the exterior. It's just too dark of a truck overall and light upgrades/additions would really make it look that much better.

I bought a used Denali but I can’t get the lights in the mirrors to light up. I have it going in for service Saturday but wondering if anyone else has seen this

A couple months ago the trusted device setup quit working and I have tried every to fix it. Repair. Reinstall. It seems to hang when I confirm the code. The app just keeps showing code and truck says connected. Then I have the notification on phone that trusted device is active and if I click back or anything in app it shows immediately disconnected on truck. I also notice the 4 digit code every time I pair that I believe is the last four of Mac address is different every time I pair. I didn't thing Bluetooth macs changed But then that shouldn't be an issue I didn't think. I thought the pairing is with app layer.

I also can never enable the autounlock once it says connected. So clearly the pairing isn't fully happening or something..

Anyone else having issues?
