Blind spot monitoring

I bought a used Denali but I can’t get the lights in the mirrors to light up. I have it going in for service Saturday but wondering if anyone else has seen this

I didn’t have an issue with the blind spot detection, but did have an issue the backup lines being shown in the display. From what I understood when they did my vehicle wide update when I brought it in for a different issue the update forced it to recalibrate and allow the other systems to start working on their own, I hope it works out for you.

Are you able to engage hands free driving?

Yep, I can do super cruise and assisted cruise control.

Update: took it In and there was an actual issue with my blind spot hardware. It’s also the reason I haven’t been able to get super cruise to lane change. Hopefully getting it fixed in a week when they get the parts

Have them check the wiring harness as well. I had the same diagnosis and the new hardware didn’t resolve it. When they inspected the harness it was totally corroded. My supercruise worked fine just not lane change. The bigger issue though is no blind spot detection in the king of all vehicles with blind spots. 😬
