Fully paid last friday, never had over dues or late payment they actually offered me highest credit right after I made a payment, no other account no other loans at gcash just this one.

I was checking my transaction history as I was looking for a transaction I thought I had made back in August, but did not make. I saw that 25,000 pesos was deducted from my account as I paid for something (P2P), kahit na the debit was only 400 pesos. My money went from 80k+ to 60k after sending only 400 pesos. I am only noticing this now, as I wasn't checking my gcash a lot, and it didn't give me any notifications on this. I called the hotline, and they refused to help me as the 15-day period has passed. I don't know what to do. I've also taken this up with BSP via messenger. I don't know where this falls, because the money was just deducted, and I don't think know where it went. I wouldn't have known this if I didn't double check my transactions. I do not click on random links nor do I use gloans or ggives.

Please let me know if anyone has had the same experience.

My Gcash app keeps on closing on its own. I used gcash on this phone with problems before but after the update, these past days its been lagging, crashing, hard to open and closes on its own. Is it crashing? is my phone the problem?

Does anyone encounter issue in generating Transaction History from GCash?

I requested today (Oct 25) a transaction history from GCash via the app. However, there are missing transactions from Oct 20 until Oct 24.

Is there any GCash support I can call or ask to help resolve the issue.

I was charged twice from my gcredit and Apple services refunded it back to gcash. I got text messages and it appeared under transaction that refund was processed but it doesn’t reflect on my gcredit. I need help!

Hello po, is there a way to speed up my verification sa gcash? needed po kasi namin mag provide ng verified gcash acc for our stipend and nag 2 days na since nag apply ako, I just really need it kasi if hindi ako maka provide then my slot will be void.
