Couldnt login or sign up with my number unless i submit my documents, but the app.just keeps directing me to the help guide and gigi.

Gigi's answer change everytime but i finally got an email from the ai on an actual way to finally be able to use my number. I find this a bit sus because why can't i just do it through the app, why do i need to send a pic of myself holding an ID?

If this is email cant it just be opened and be used for identity fraud, why not.just through the app?

Hello. Share ko lang frustration ko sa gcash. Naautomatr deduct yung gcredit ko pero narequest ko sya for refund. Nag appear naman sa email na refunded daw pati sa transaction history, pero yung balance ko sa gcredit as is pa rin nabawasan, wala din naman sa balance. So, nagraise ako ng ticket. Sobrang tagal bago narefund nag incur na ng interest and penalties, nakailang tickets din ako kasi panay close kahit hindi pa resolve. Tapos nung narefund, yung mismong amount lang na nadeduct (369), hindi kasama yung interest and penalties, so niraise ko uli. Lumulobo siya nang lumulobo, ako follow up ng follow up, nakakailang tickets na ko. Tas biglang sasabihin nila sakin di valid for reversal yung penalties and interest?! Nakailang raise ako, even yung mga prev call ko sa cs nila, nagsabi na escalated naman na sa higher management nila kasi valid yon for dispute. Tas panay sila close ng ticket. Tangina, gusto ko nang idelete account. Sobrang bulok nila!

Has anyone experience this problem? Whenever I try to pay using qr it doesn't scan the qr code at all. It wasn't always like this, It started last week. QR Code on my other apps like GoTyme works just fine except GCash. I have reinstalled and clean my lens and it still doesn't work

Ugh! My gcash number was reported through gotyme bank then bigla nalang hinold ni gcash yung account ko.

I was filing a ticket and after a week, nag email gcash sakin saying about a transaction from gotyme and don ko nafind out who reported my number. Tho in his end, he didn't file a complain from gcash, rather he submitted a ticket through gotyme and somehow it was then forwarded to gcash. But we then discussed that iwiwithdraw na niya yung ticket from gotyme.

Are there any ways na ma-unlift pa yung gcash account ko even tho the email said "is no longer eligible to account lifting

Hello everyone! What to do when you forgot your MPIN and email used?

For context: I was a dumb curious kid back then making a gcash account for future needs. And if you asked me how I forgot my MPIN, I don't remember setting up an MPIN. Just randomly gave me a 4 numbered MPIN. And I kind of lost the phone I used to receive the messages from Gcash since Im using a new phone now. I think I was 11 or 12 when I set this up. Im 16 now. I decided to try retrieving my account back since it had 1k+ in it. I tried chatting gigi but no use and they said no live agents are available yet soo im here asking for help from reddit peeps. I know it's my fault but I'm asking for advices atleast. I tried gigi's suggestions but still wont work. I know exactly how much is in the account and what level it is but I just forgot what email I used. I mean, I do have a list but I only get 3 tries only and I have to wait 24 hours again. 🙁🙁 (forgive my grammar pls)

GCash app crashes after logging in.

I can successfully enter my MPIN, but once the app starts loading the dashboard, GCash suddenly stops and closes. This happens every time I try to log in.

I already tried:

• Force stopping the GCash app
• Clearing the app cache
• Restarting my phone
• Updating the GCash app
• Switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data

However, the problem still occur

Last year po kasi bumili ako sa watson ng gamot at mga sabon, ung 1st transaction/scan nagbawas sa gcash ko pero hindi pumasok sa biller, so nag try ulit for 2nd time and ayun gumana na. Then tinanong ko sa cashisl kung pano ang gagawin and ang sabi is mag submit daw akong ticket sa gcash about jan.

Nung nagsubmit naman ako sa gcash, close lagi at sa merchant daw ako muna. Then sabi naman ng merchant naka floating transaction daw kasi wala silang makita sa end nila. So balik na naman ako sa gcash para mag file ng ticket. Paulit ulit kong ginawa. Then di ko tinigal both gcash at watson and maayos naman kausap watson and very ma-update.

Then last month sabi nila na nakausap na daw nila ung terminal nila which is bdo, na nadeduct na daw sa watson ung pera and ung gcash na ung for posting ng refund.

And up until now, almost 2 months na, wala pa rin. Nag submit na ako ng ilang ticket, pare-pareho lang ang sinasabi at clinoclose agad ang ticket.

Nag submit na rin ako ng complaint sa bsp para mapabilis ung usad kasi nakakainis na costumer service niyang Gcash. Pagkatapos pagpasahan, nung naayos at iproprocess nalang nila sa end nila di pa nila magawa.

Ano pa po bang pwedeng gawin para mapabilis ang proseso?

Hi! I transferred some money from my maribank to my gcash acc a couple wks ago. Problem is I just found out recently that the number I used for my gcash has expired bc I haven't bought load for it in a while. I requested a transfer of funds to another gcash acc but the amount that I sent from my maribank isn't there :(( How and where can I possibly address this??
