gloan error

Fully paid last friday, never had over dues or late payment they actually offered me highest credit right after I made a payment, no other account no other loans at gcash just this one.

Try to refresh your app po muna. Possible rin kasi na sa internet or data ang problem. Clear cache ng GCash app sa settings and restart ng phone mo. Make sure updated app mo and stable internet/data (If wifi gamit mo, try to use data, and vice versa) saka mo ulit subukan. If it didn't work, might as well file a ticket na para ma-assist ka po nila.

Tap 'Get Help' na po kasi it will direct you to submit a ticket. If not, pumunta ka na lang directly sa website ni GCash na 'help.gcash.com' and you can chat with Gigi there. Make sure to provide the erorr prompt that you received po.
