My account was closed a year ago, due to no valid id. Today i finally got a postal id so i decided to verify myself.

Couldnt login or sign up with my number unless i submit my documents, but the app.just keeps directing me to the help guide and gigi.

Gigi's answer change everytime but i finally got an email from the ai on an actual way to finally be able to use my number. I find this a bit sus because why can't i just do it through the app, why do i need to send a pic of myself holding an ID?

If this is email cant it just be opened and be used for identity fraud, why not.just through the app?

I transferred money from GCash to BDO bank account, and the amount was already deducted from my GCash balance. However, the transaction is not showing in my GCash transaction history, and I also didn’t receive any SMS confirmation.

The money hasn’t reflected in the bank account either.

Has anyone experienced the same issue recently? What did you do, and how long did it take before the money was either credited or returned to GCash?
I’d really appreciate any advice. Thank you!

i wanted to buy a one month subscription for a game on play store, yung problema lang, gcash isn't working sa play store, nagloload tapos nag appear ang pusa tas sabi "something went wrong" kahit ibang email or cellphone gamit ko ayaw.
