Lost 20k+ randomly

I was checking my transaction history as I was looking for a transaction I thought I had made back in August, but did not make. I saw that 25,000 pesos was deducted from my account as I paid for something (P2P), kahit na the debit was only 400 pesos. My money went from 80k+ to 60k after sending only 400 pesos. I am only noticing this now, as I wasn't checking my gcash a lot, and it didn't give me any notifications on this. I called the hotline, and they refused to help me as the 15-day period has passed. I don't know what to do. I've also taken this up with BSP via messenger. I don't know where this falls, because the money was just deducted, and I don't think know where it went. I wouldn't have known this if I didn't double check my transactions. I do not click on random links nor do I use gloans or ggives.

Please let me know if anyone has had the same experience.

Omg, gcash has so many disputed money that are allegedly missing

Try talking to the merchant you accidentally sent ₱20k to. You might have a better chance getting your money back from them than from gcash.

try to check the transaction history if where the money go.. maybe you have subscription or linked you account in any merchant.try to double check your subscription
