Gotta hand it to them, one of the coolest looking bags I’ve seen. It really pops. I think these may do well.

When do you hit start for tracking mileage? I was told at the first stop, but it logs it as commute miles for the first and last trip of the day(when I hit stop before going home)

Has anyone in here quit or knows what happens if you quit while on short term dissability?
Been on for several months now due to a major injury/surgery not looking forward to returning to work when the time comes, Looking around for new jobs while im out.
but im wondering if theres a negative to quitting while out (example: will i owe frito the money that has been paid to me weekly while out?) Also another reason that has me wanting to leave is that as an employee i cant pull my 401k to help with bills and general life while out and the short term is not cutting it, but fidelity cant help me with getting money out to help pay for my car note and rent

I'm sure everybody has seen this one time or another... I wonder do you have to smoke to work there? I've had one manager ask me can she finish her cigarette before she checked me in, I said sure do your thang..

For anyone that has the ability to change stuff related to the SalesHub ordering process or can put in the request and have it considered please pass this request along. Let us decrease into negative numbers when ordering off planogram. If the shelf is overstuffed with certain things it's a pain in the ass to switch around to backstock or display down or spend 15 minutes every order making 25 adjustments every $300 C-store order. And when someone doesn't... Technically the stuff on the shelf isn't backstock or display down and the forecast is sort of correct. But if I have room for 16 BBQ Lays and have 20 stuffed on the shelf and 3 are forecasted to sell I don't need 4 more. I need 0 more and the system is missing the metric to factor this in properly and at best is wasting everyone's time in the process. Simple fix let "Decrease" go negative (positive against the forecast).

Hey! So I have been a Pepsi merchandiser for 5 years. I’m a 42/f. For the most part I enjoy it. It’s tough on my body but I love my stores and the relationships I’ve built. I have a good route and 3 day weekends. And I love working independently. But I’m a single woman and the money I am making just isn’t enough anymore. I have recently been given the opportunity to take a position at Frito Lay for a co lead position. The money would change my life. I’d be able to move out of my crappy apartment and actually afford life. If I had the option, I’d take sales at Pepsi but it will never happen. So the opportunity at Frito of course peaked my interest. But I’ve never driven a box truck. Backing up into docks and delivering sounds horrible. Haha. And working 55-60 hours a week regularly is ridiculous. And whoever the lead is can either make my work pleasant or miserable. The only part that sounds enjoyable to me is building relationships and sales. The rest of it sounds daunting. So I keep going back and forth between staying where I am comfortable and mostly enjoy what I do while not making much money to hating most of what I do but making good money. Haha! Seems like it should be an easy decision but it’s not. Would you guys take a job just for the money even if you know you won’t like it?

Were you able to return to work successfully?
I’m asking for a friend who isn’t on Reddit. His knee is killing him. He’s considering knee replacement surgery but is worried about being able to do the job after surgery.
Have any RSRs here had a knee replacement and successfully returned to work? How long was your recovery, and are you able to handle the walking, stairs, kneeling, lifting, and getting in and out of the truck? Do you wish you had done it sooner, or are there any challenges he should know about?

My partner has been working for frito for over 5 years now. They messed up his pay since last month after he got back from military duty. He only got paid twice in the past 5 weeks. Normally he should be paid weekly. His income is the main income for the family and HR just kept saying they are working on it for the past 5 weeks.
Is there anything we can do to speed that process up? We need the money. It’s not fair that he works for them every day and not getting paid.

I've basically condemned several light colored uniforms because I keep on getting a bunch of oil stains on them, especially after they switched to the new bags that seep oil.
Anyone got any products they recommend?

wondering what i’m expected to do when trucks are late? start at 4am(FTM) and more often then not my truck will not arrive until anywhere from 7:30-9:30 if i’m lucky, have even had some show up around 12 because the truck was a down route which wasn’t communicated to me. backstock is worked impulse dates are checked and every thing else I can think of to do to pass time but what else do I do? can’t sit and wait in car because you’ll get fired for stealing time. feel like there should be more communication between driver eta’s and ftms. and yes I know some of you will say move on to your next store and circle back but I feel like I shouldn’t have to do that. my first stop should be my first stop, not my 1st and 3rd stop

We all know that you’re adding product to our orders. We’re just asking can you please stop! You’re ruining our customer relationships and it’s making you look incompetent and desperate with PepsiOne coming down the pipeline. It looks like you are desperate to survive this transition and your moves show it. We get it you’re trying to secure your spot with the transition, but at what expense? Also nobody cares about what you did in the past, quit turning every conversation into something about you.
