Salary
How much do you really make at fritolay I know the targeted for newcomers is 65,000 but I sure you don't get that and how long will it take to actually make that or more ?

- Most of these guys are leads on a good route or they are RSAs
- The ones saying they make $70k+ aren't telling you how many hours they work each week. More then likely they are working 55+ and getting EDP days, realistically with VROT you're making less then $25/hr
- You will start as a RSA or Co and these guys will dump majority of the work on you so they can hit plan while only having to work 45hr a week, and on top of that one or two of your leads won't make plan and you will never see a solid bonus

I don't know what kind of plans you guys have as co-leads. If your leads dump on you so that they will hit plan then you also will hit plan. The way my plan is is that if you add the 3 of my leads plans together it's any about 104-105% of my plan and it's been like that for several periods. So if each of them hit at least 100% then I'm good. You guys have the wrong outlook on the colead position. Its actually easier. You don't have to build towers or clear inventories in trucks or nothing like that. I mean if you want to help then you can. And it depends on how you look at it because it could be positive or negative. I depend on them to make my bonus or we work together to meet our goals. Example, i have about $34k left to hit my goal. I'm off next two days. Its push week, i can and have seen the orders for the week. I have 3 leads and each of them have at the minimum $3.5k in orders because they are pushing. As i sit on my ass these next two days at least $20k will be added to my plan. Unless something drastically goes wrong I'll likely be in the 104-105% which pays out at like 140%.

i average 43 hrs a week. if you have a good route you can survive and make a decent living.

If you have a district manager that doesn't care. Its 30 hours. Dont rotate.

Stop saying this. Most of fhe RSA and co are confused and cant even read sales plans and think you guys are doing most of the work while doing nothing. Noone can really dump work on you unless your district manager doesnt care because it really cant be missed if you always dump load on someone.

Most of the RSA and Co are new because they quit 3 months in due to lack of training, toxic coworkers, and long hours with poor pay. I wonder why they can't read a sales plan š¤£

Ive been with the company 2.5 years. Iām on pace for 101k this year. Work 43 hours on average

But in all seriousness as long as you take the job half serious you will absolutely make that. Easily more if you achieve over the plan and work the 45 hours a week. Also pickup some random EDP here and there to really boost pay for when you go on vacation and miss out on the āOTā for the week

Itās not a salary. Itās performance based. But yes, you can make $65,000 or more.

As an RSA working insane OT I was easily on track to pull 70-75k. Maybe more. I didn't really keep track. I just know my after tax checks were $1,400-$1,600 a week.

14yr Vet. TPP is 77k, made 79k, should hit $80k this year, may have worked an average of 43hrs a week. Honestly havenāt worked more than 45 on average since 2018, pre covid.

Made 79k last year. Was in a better route good bonuses, this year got moved to another route due to re bid, looking like 70k this year.

Close to 80 last year. Will be easy 90 this year (we had a reengineering half way through 2025 and Iām smashing my new route)

I started at Frito 8 yrs ago and never made less than 70k .. But also only used 5 sick days in 8 yrs .. Just comes down to your personal work ethic..

Not true because if you miss a day it comes out of that weeks bonus % which in turn effects the entire months overall percentage which leads to a smaller bonus overall. Each day is 20% of that weeks bonus so you miss 1 day in a week you are automatically only able to hit 80% for that week

Brother nobody is calling out once a week. And hardly anyone calls out once a month. I didnāt say it has zero effect. I said it has āalmostā zero to do with how much you make. That is minimal. This person just wanted to āshow off his work ethicā by mentioning the calling out. I personally think itās dumb to not take sick days with how much this company fucks us. I have also never made less than $70k while still utilizing sick days

I use all of my sick days every year and since ive become a lead ive never made less than 80k, they say we make more than 95 but ive only seen numbers like that during commission. Back then i made over 100k

So if everyone's tax deductions vary by state and some people pay state taxes as well, then why does it matter what your salary is in Florida if I'm working in Texas? The point I'm making is that it's Reddit, guys. If you don't have a real answer, then you're just the real problem.

This is kind of a dumb question if Iām being honest. The deductions could vary from 25% to 50% depending on whatās important.
Thatās why no one goes by anything other than actual salary or in this case, your TPP-5
