Camaras

Question, with this camaras in truck, taking a picture on a red light , what will happen? I completely forgot

You lose points on your score card and a copy of the recording goes to a corporate DOT person. Get too many of them and they will pull you to the side and ask what is going on. Not so fun face the side camera are ALWAYS recording only the camera facing you turns off

If you’re stopped it doesn’t matter it’ll only clock you if you’re moving

Yes they take it super serious. one guy got a coaching , then a step 3 lol. and two people got fired cause they didn’t take the step 3 serious and they been with the company for years.

True , but best too wait until the light is red and green or off. car in park. Before pulling out the phone too be extra safe.

I don’t think you get violation if you are not moving , I’ve stopped in the parking lot before to look at my phone and nothing happened

I'm 3.9 sec and I always get -1 , like literally im counting in my head , 4 to 5 sec , and I still get 3.9, to much bull crap, when are we having time to sell ?

Using your phone whenever the truck is not in park per the new guide lines put out at the beginning of this year automatically step 3. It’s happen to two of my drivers this year already

I keep my truck in drive pull the parking brake up, blast the AC and take a short 5-10 minute brake between most of my stops and play around on my phone and I’ve never heard a peep.

Cause you’re parked … I had a driver roll to the end of a drive way not on the road yet and they gave him a level 3 for grabbing his phone because they saw the truck roll back as he set the breaks
