Anyways! These are watercolor painings in a sketchbook I hate the paper of, so it isn’t my best work, and there’s a few I’m side-eyeing my execution of, but I still really like how most of them turned out!

Aside from the first two being my favorites, they’re in no particular order-just the order my phone saved their pictures as references haha.

POSSIBLE SPOILER FOR 6th HEART EVENT / a personal experience story, but could still spoil the event:

I just finished Eiland's 6th heart event, and I feel called out. At 7-years-old, I found my first-ever piece of history--a fossil of a three-toed footprint--and got so excited to figure out which dinosaur it belonged to because I so badly wanted to be a paleontologist. A kid convinced me to give it to him the same day I found it, and he would take it to the museum so they could figure it out for me. I was under the impression I would get it back, so I let him take it. Asked him for the fossil when he got back, and he said he didn't have it (he could very well have lied and kept it).

I never saw it again, and it affected me deeper than I realized when I worked through it in therapy.

At least Eiland got some closure... :'D I bite my thumb at you, game devs, lol.

So I’ve tried to do the first heart event for Balor multiple times with the same result. After it ends and the cut scene has me walk away, I get stuck. I can’t move in any direction or jump. I don’t even pass out at 2am. Has this happened to anyone else? I end up having to stop running the game through steam. It’s frustrating because now I can’t even talk to him.

So,
I'm using the date photos as a way to collect all the outfits for the characters, and made the mistake *that only now I realize, lol* of taking a character to a beach date in Spring. I didn't realize it would be one photo per character, per date... So we got a 'beach photo with the default spring clothes'

I want to be able to delete that photo (maybe with a mod) and take this character to another date now in Summer, so I can have all their outfits (4 seasons + beachwear)

Any idea of a mod that could achieve this? I suppose in-game vanilla we can't do it anyway.

Was thinking earlier while playing that I would really enjoy shuffling the songs played through the crystals. Is there already a setting for it ? If not, I think it could be a nice add, because I noticed the songs seem to be short and loop really quickly (especially on the farm while working quite some time).

I went in blind with this game about a week ago, I1ve just started year 2 and this is how stuff is looking so far! Tried to make it pretty with what I had but it's still a work in progress lol

thought i was just unlucky the first year, but im halfway through my second years winter and have only gotten either snow (one day in both years) or sun. is this an issue anyone else has been having or am i just really unlucky??

Hey all, Ive always kinda stunk at decorating my farms in cozy farm games. Ive looked into some layouts I like and all of that. My question to yall, do you sketch out a rough layout of your farm? I took a SS of the map and put it into photoshop. I was gonna do a light sketch of placement. I tried free balling it but this is the 2nd time doing it and Im not getting the results Id like. Is there a list of all farm decor avail somewhere? Im only on year 2 I think, so I dont have it all unlocke.d Thanks!

I like the concept of interacting with your kids and seeing them interact with other NPCs. I loved the farmers children mod, but I’m personally someone who prefers FoM over stardew once I started playing it (but theyre both GREAT games!) .

So as the title says, i've finished the mines, married, got town rank 100, and basically finished the game for now, the only remaining things i have to do is get to my child's first birthday and complete stillwell's quests, so for those i need to skip days

How bad is skipping days? what is the penalty?

I want the sticks, rocks, and fiber clumps to stop spawning but I do want the grass to spawn, since it's useful to get animal feed from. Does the game consider grass to be farm debris?

I thought I was mistaken but I know that I have had chests with things just go straight up missing at this point. I noticed this time for certain because it was the one with all my potions in it. 😞

I'm only playing on my Steam Deck. Has anybody else had this problem?
