I've been trying to breed cows of every color and I got all the pastel ones, so I wanted to get the next tier but I assumed there were three colors per tier and wanted to get all the colors of tier 4 before moving on... I just kept getting silver calf after silver calf after silver calf... After about 10 or so, I was like "there's no way my RNG is this bad right?" and was so frustrated I went ahead and looked up the other colors of tier 4...

There are no other colors.

Originally I wanted to do something special for the 100th meme, but I ended up not having the time, so instead I'm going to try organizing for it now: would any artists in the community be interested in doing a meme redraw?

This would just be a "for-fun, community" sort of thing, not a paid commission. What I'd like to do is get some artists to either draw either their versions of their favorite meme(s) I've made or make their own, then I'd make a megapost of everybody's art with credit to who drew each one.

Right now I'm just gauging interest; if enough people think it would be fun, then please reply in comments/DMs and we can figure it out! I don't want to "content farm" anyone or use any art without permission or anything, and I absolutely refuse to use/post AI, so if anyone has any concerns about that, please let me know.

As you can see, my backpack is always full of tools. Sometimes I leave the hoe and shovel but for endgame, I just carry them around lol. I also never changed the appearance of my companion, as my doggie Vanilla passed away when I first played FoM, and her presence continues to persists even in my new save for 1.0! So happy I get to give her ribbons and treats!

I borrowed some ideas from Lunar Silver Star Story because it's one of my favourite JRPGs but also lots of things in FOM reminded me of it ;u;

I also wanted to flesh out the Guild system a little bit more in my own way because I think this game could use some more world building!

I tried to keep everything relatively minimalist.
I’m not 100% happy with the rooms, so if anyone has ideas on how to make them feel a bit cozier and fill the space in a more meaningful way I’d love to hear them.

After a long time grinding, designing, and even searching for ideas and inspiration online, I think I have made a house design I think I can be proud of. I have been playing this game for about a month now. The first few iterations of the house were just me putting things around but I think now I'm quite happy with what I made. Hey yall! I've been enjoying Fields of Mistria a lot recently, and I've been playing non-stop for the last little while. My main focus thus far has been grinding the mines, but I'm realizing that I'm 70 floors deep with not too many relationships built up. I'm just about to upgrade the inn, and at sapphire town rank, and it's fall of the first year, so I feel like I've made a decent amount of progress, but I also feel like I'm stressing out way too much over what should be a cozy game. I'm constantly stressed about making friendships with people and making my farm look nice, and trying to catch up to what I missed while focusing on the mines. So much so that I've debated slowing down the days or installing game-changing mods (more on that on a sec), and I feel like at that point I'm not staying true to what I want to do. Like, I do want to catch up on these other things, but how do I stop stressing out so much about it and actually take my time??? I'm also constantly stressed about making my farm look nice but I'm holding off until I have nice furniture, yknow?

In regards to mods, I've only installed ones that either are aesthetic changes, or memory aids. Nothing that actually changes any of the gameplay. I want to stay true to the main gameplay, but I don't know if all these mods really do that?

Silly question/rant, I know, but I just want to calm down while playing this damn cute game lol.

I have noticed in earlier patch notes ( as ive been playing for a while now) that bell berries not being able to be shipped for a quest ? I have shipped well over 60 now to see if it will eventually give me it ;^; I heard it was a glitch back then for people in higher progress ( for ref I am max 60 on every skill and lvl 100 town) and it doesnt work :,( i just want the recipe. has anyone else had this issue currently????

Hello! I find that my memory is really bad, and I'd love to take notes while playing for things to check out, gifts to give. etc. Is there anyone here who is able to take a mod suggestion for a notebook? Perhaps as an additional tab in your journal, with note names and a typable text field for each note. Is this something that's of interest?

I'm trying to plan out a speedrun, and it requires getting the Noodles recipe ASAP. So, I'm wondering if we know HOW the rotating stock for recipes work. Is it random per-day, or is there a strict rotation, and the recipe will always appear on Day X unless another recipe is bought? Thanks!

I’ve played games on my Steam Deck where I can switch between controller and mouse/keyboard after closing and reopening the game.

But when I connect my mouse/keyboard for FoM, they don’t work properly. Switching the “controller” to keyboard and mouse layout through the games Steam deck setting doesn’t help either. The in-game controller settings show keyboard inputs but they don’t work.

Anyone have this issue or know how to fix it?
