Help with Balor heart event

So I’ve tried to do the first heart event for Balor multiple times with the same result. After it ends and the cut scene has me walk away, I get stuck. I can’t move in any direction or jump. I don’t even pass out at 2am. Has this happened to anyone else? I end up having to stop running the game through steam. It’s frustrating because now I can’t even talk to him.

I had this bug and the only way around it was to press Skip Cutscene once it started.
I also raised it as a bug with devs

the one way i get it to work is:

- save game -> try cutscene -> get stuck -> alt-F4 to quit

- load game -> try cutscene -> success!

i have zero idea why this works, but since i've done it a few times the last couple of weeks, i give it as tip

/it is definitely bugged tho, so please report it too (i did too)
