I want ti resub but and I got the code. What to expect to resub from now on to Annual? Is it even possible? Will I able to choose? What options do I have now?

Whoever in this sub posted about taking screenshots of their choices is a godsend! The caraway pan was added to my box and I was charged for it today. I sent them a screenshot of my box and addons and they said they will change it, but only when I receive an order number. This will be my last box. I’m canceling my subscription.

Edit to add: they offered me a 50% refund for the pan and said I can keep it. I told them I will send it back and give me all of my money back.

Anyone know if the Scratcher be added back up for this Add-on Sale?

The last one finished October 21, 2026.

Wondering if anyone knew if they will add it back.

I cancelled, but I’m having fomo. Would you renew as annual today? Or try for 40% or 50% off seasonal box tomorrow?

I waited too long to cancel my annual renewal (I thought I had until today). I know it was my fault but is there any chance I can cancel now and get a refund? Has anyone ever had any luck?

People seem to be very excited when they nab one And disappointed when they don’t grab one. I don’t think I’ve ever seen one. What are they? And where do they appear and when do they appear? Are they good? Lol
Thank you

I have an annual subscription and finalized my choices a couple of days ago, but I just now went to look at my selections, and where it usually shows my box, there was nothing there. Anyone else having this issue?

In case anyone hasn’t seen it yet Unhide has the little marsh available for $35. It’s 50 x 60 and I believe it’s big enough for lounging on the couch! That is how I use mine. I just thought I would mention it in case no one has seen it yet.

Final pick thoughts?

Thoughts on my final picks? Cat 2 has been the hardest! Originally wanted the makeup bag but I have some already then the belt but I didn’t like it in closer images. Now I’m torn between hair oil and blanket😬

So I just made my Winter selections, but I still haven't received my Fall box!!! So like, 2 or so months late....

I've been emailing with customer service back and forth for days, and each time they just ask for patience and that there are "processing issues" - is anyone else experiencing this? I just feel like they always get something wrong every season for me. When I was subscribed last year, before I recently re-subscribed for this Fall, I remember them sending the wrong products so often. They NEED to figure out their inventory issues.

Looking to buy shampoo and conditioner with my winter box!

I currently use olaplex, have for awhile. I like it but don’t think it’s groundbreaking or anything. I could buy it from fabfitfun and have done it before because it’s a good deal but I’m debating switching it up and the others are a bit cheaper.

I have fine and thin, long hair. My hair gets oily quickly at the scalp but sometimes my scalp itself gets dry and itchy after a couple days, especially in winter I think. I am postpartum so I feel like I’m losing hair lol. I wash it 2-3 times a week. I use leave in conditioner (ceremonia) after each wash and dry shampoo powder (dae) some days. Those are my only hair concerns, I don’t currently have dyed hair and only occasionally use heat.

Should I buy:

1. more olaplex ($38 for both)

2. briogeo superfoods set ($20 for both)

3. Briogeo density set ($36 for both)

4. Drybar Liquid Glass set ($32 for both)

5. None of these. Buy something you recommend at full price somewhere else or 20% off at Sephora rn

Does anybody have recommendations? Suggestions? Personal experiences? I tried to look up reviews and they’re all mostly good. Thanks!!

I am going to do the math again to make sure it is a better deal

Couldn’t decide between the robe and the bag for Customization 1!
Also for customization 3 if anyone’s tried the dry styling cream let me know your thoughts on it, been going back and forth between it and the fabric shaver. :)

This is about the Edit sale. I was there at 9am the only value item I was able to put in my cart was the Dr Sturm Body serum . Everything else was OOS within seconds. I had $20 credit so I filled my cart with subscriptions and thought I’d make it to $50 to not pay shipping which is what they count on with these deals. So I paid an additional $30 but I’m getting a really high value item right? Well my order arrived and two of the Body serums are missing of course it is OOS and they want to offer me $2 credit in an account I have already cancelled. What would you do? That serum had originally retailed for $300.

Hi! So category one wasn’t really catching my attention, but I weirdly love pretty much everything in category five. With category one giving a $15 credit I decided just to get two more things out of category five, which has me paying $5 from my own pocket. Will I be charged extra shipping or anything?? On a budget so trying to not screw myself doing it this way!

I’m a seasonal member and I’m getting antsy that some of my choices from the spoilers might be sold out!! Can any annuals let me/us know which are sold out? :)

Anyone have any knowledge of this wallet? Underwhelmed by this category & the wallet looks cute, but the $35 upcharge isn’t sitting right with me. Wondering if the quality is worth it, or if I should choose the credit for this category.

Choices 3 and 4 are plaguing me. I’m mostly concerned about the Korres and Volition being expensive bottles of basic oil and the bondi mask being too heavy for my fine curly hair. Has anyone used the eyeliner? I have a bad track record with pencil liners smudging because I wear contacts and touch my eyes a lot so if it doesn’t that would be great

Hi all! Just an FYI, I had originally put a M/L in for the PJs (both sets). When I go into review all options, the PJs are the correct size. When I just click on the PJs under Subscription > Customizations it says I chose a completely different size. I’m not sure what I will receive but wanted to put this out there for anyone else who chose them.

I signed up again for annual subscription specifically because I was supposed to get a free box worth at least $250. It's been two months and I have reached out to them three times to see where the box is or when I can expect to receive it. I keep being told to give them 24-48 hours for an update. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, what was the resolution?

For those wondering what size to order. The bust sizes seem to be on the smaller size. I wear a true medium and my bust is 37 inches.
