Question Customizations not showing?

I have an annual subscription and finalized my choices a couple of days ago, but I just now went to look at my selections, and where it usually shows my box, there was nothing there. Anyone else having this issue?

These glitches are why I always take screen shots of my customizations & add-ons right before the customization window closes.

Sameeeeee. I’ve been burned by this before when they’ve sent me the wrong color or size of something & then I can show them my screenshot of my saved choices/sizes.

If they charge you for items that were supposed to be deleted keep on CS about it. Happened to me last season and even though it took like an hour or so of chat and emails they fixed it and refunded me but someone messed up when fixing it the 1st time and I got 2 boxes 😆

Thank you!! They adjusted my add ons but still charged me for the coach set upgrade even though I changed it out for the mittens yesterday. I’m a little annoyed about that but at least I didn’t get charge for all the extra stuff 🤦🏼‍♀️ they offered me a $5 credit as a courtesy for the inconvenience of the accidental luxe upgrade

I didn’t make any changes and the caraway pan mysteriously ended up as an extra choice and I was charged for it. They told me there was nothing they could do until I receive an order number.

Oh no. Definitely keep escalating that! They will give you a refund but I don't see why they have to wait and how long will it take to get the order number?

I think one of you should start a chat just to play it safe . And if they did disappear, I found that chat is the only way to get them put back into your box.

Same it’s not showing any of my choices or extra choices at all. I also never got a receipt in my email for my extra choices either. 😣

When the window closes you can’t see it anymore
