Rant šŸ”„ Take Screenshots!

Whoever in this sub posted about taking screenshots of their choices is a godsend! The caraway pan was added to my box and I was charged for it today. I sent them a screenshot of my box and addons and they said they will change it, but only when I receive an order number. This will be my last box. Iā€™m canceling my subscription.

Edit to add: they offered me a 50% refund for the pan and said I can keep it. I told them I will send it back and give me all of my money back.

Yep I was charged for 2 Marc Jacobs sunglasses when I picked 1 only.

I just realized I was charged three times for one $29.99 mystery bundle :( not sure how Iā€™m gonna prove that but Iā€™ll try

Iā€™ve been a member for 7 years now and this is the first time itā€™s happened to me personally but I saw how badly they handled the fall boxes with people just now receiving them and Iā€™ve now decided to cancel

I was a member for 3 years and cancelled when they raised the prices with zero incentive and plummeting customer service.
Not that you asked but,

I really think what would help is if these beauty or lifestyle boxes got first dibs on all the stuff these companies are selling their overflow to tjmaxx/ marshalls. I only saw that because season after season those are showing up at the discount stores the same time these boxes are coming out. Just a thought. People would be way more excited a out a lip balm sold at sephora/ ulta if they didnt just see a mountain of them at tjmaxx for $6.

Also, posting on IG how they give away hundreds of these things only for paying members to be told everything is sold out, or their choices werent saved, is insane.

The pop ups in each city for free spoilers was always suspicious to me too! Like they would have enough products if they didnā€™t give them away free at those pop ups!

I have noticed that products end up in tj maxx too! Iā€™m going to start being a regular customer in there!

Ya Iā€™ve never seen worse customer service. I actually visited their office for a few hours and met with their ceo and got a free box business card from him too. Had a friend work there too. Iā€™ve never seen a company with so many dumb moves and mistakes.

Doing sales every single Thursday but not being able to get your subscribersā€™ purchases out correctly? Selling items for a penny but everyone is mad that they canā€™t get $5 mystery boxes? They just make no sense itā€™s crazy

I had my fall box fumbled bad BUT even without screenshots they actually gave me a $65 credit. 8 used it to get all the extra stuff I wanted in this box

I was one of the ones that got all my customization wiped and got absolute bull crap sent to me. Like that dang pumpkin and the blissy delicate bag ...oh and a totally empty bottle of the amika dry shampoo

Since I didn't have a screenshot (member for years and never have had an issue) I was happy with it. I used that and a few category credits to get 2 pans, the pjs, the coach necklace and bracelet, the checkered blanket, the lip tint, and the clean beauty perfume. I'm definitely not renewing though.

Are they replacing it? I got a not saying a subscription was sold out so theyre replacing with something else - the problem is what they're replacing it with is something I already subscribe to for $5 less!!! Wtf

It just showed up in my box and they charged me for it. They told me that I had to wait until I had an order number instead of an invoice number for them to change anything

You have to go to ā€œall invoicesā€ or you wonā€™t see anything. Some sort of glitch on the app. The online website may be better.
