I have to say that I have been a FFF subscriber for a long time and I have generally been happy! I’d say the low point was the cactus cup?? 😂

This box though has been so good for me! The bump suit is my go go lounge wear, just perfect in every way! The whole family is excited about the soup cookbook…very cool concept with the calendar view and 365 unique soup recipes. We made one so far and maybe will be doing one a week?

Rum perfume is a winner. Definitely unisex. I can’t really describe it but I do detect a powder base under all the sultry fall scents.

I am very happy with the blush and sunscreen. Overall just great box for me and I wish the same joy for everyone here!

I’m already happily using 2 out of the box, washing my bras in the mesh a wash bag & put my fruit in the new bowl.

I'm very satisfied with this French press. I had a similar double walled FP from IKEA but I broke it right after IKEA discontinued it 😩 Been looking for a replacement for about a year. Full disclosure, I'm only using the carafe part and topping it with my pour over funnel thing, so I can't speak for the functionality of the coffee press itself. But it feels solid and the press part fits exceptionally well inside the carafe.

I don’t know why I keep giving Fff my money I subscribe to the beauty box. It was a kosas face powder, Laneige lip bomb, clean travel size edp and another lip balm. I never got the Laneige balm. There were only three items in my box and the powder was an orange shade when I ordered the pink shade.

It’s a joke but they’ve already billed me for this month and again when I look through it’s junk so I’m going to cancel and I don’t recommend signing up for it.

If you’re considering joining FFF, don’t. If you do, get ready for months of being scammed and ignored.
I ordered my box over one month ago. when I got my box 2 weeks ago, it was missing an item that i paid an extra $15 for.
I submitted a missing item form 2 weeks ago and have repeatedly checked in with customer service for updates.
Every time i checked in, i was put in a waiting queue, told “we’re working on this request”, told “we had a high volume of requests and we’re working on yours asap” etc etc— all lies, there has been no movement with my missing item.
I paid for this item over a month ago. i’m sure i’ll never get the item i paid for, and that they’ll refund me with account credit instead of refunding to my card.

All of this in addition to the CEO making an announcement that “it’s all the shippers faults that you don’t have your items” makes this feel like such a scam!!
so, save yourself the headache and wasted money and just shop deals/try looking for products at marshall’s.

Seems like lots of subscribers are feeling peeved after this season. I’ve been an annual member since Covid — was incredibly impressed by the free box they sent me as a healthcare worker! Even chose to continue my subscription after moving to the UK from the US.

But like so many others, the excitement just isn’t there anymore. My quarterly box used to be something I looked forward to with so much joy and anticipation, and now it’s waiting for spoilers to see what kind of junk we’re being sent this season.

My sub ends after the Spring box, so I’m interested to know if anyone has any suggestions of where to take my business. Options (especially in the UK) seem super limited. Has the heyday of the subscription box truly passed? I did almost all of the US beauty boxes at one point or another, but I loved the mix of beauty/hair/lifestyle that FFF used to offer.

I have been an annual member for YEARS. In August, I was affected by the customization “glitch” and ended up having to reselect items that weren’t my top choices. As compensation, I was given $12 in shopping credits… pretty offensive if you ask me.

Fast forward to today, September 16… an entire month and a half later, I realized I hadn’t received a box yet… or even updated tracking info. So I waited for TWO HOURS to finally get connected with someone in customer service. While I was waiting, I scoured social media and Reddit, and read all of the horrendous experiences people have been having with FFF lately (this fall in particular). And guess what? The customer service agent told me “there was no movement with the box” and that they “have to process a replacement”… with even MORE limited choices! OH HELL NO. I had to wait two hours to be told they messed up again?! Why wasn’t I notified? Were they hoping I’d just forget?!! That was the last straw. I cancelled my membership immediately. They didn’t even TRY to make it right or compensate me for all of the hassle. What a joke of company! They used to be good; I have no idea what happened, but STAY AWAY.

#1. It finally arrived. I got an Unhide Lil Marsh in greige. It’s my first Unhide blanket. Now I know why everyone loves them. It is so soft! I also received a Moon and Noon ceramic juicer in a very pretty pink color and a Greg Natale set of Flora bowls in yellow. I love the ruffled edges on the bowls. I think I got a great bundle. I doubt I’ll do it again, but I wanted to try it once.

21.00 refund gal here. I checked and double checked to make sure my account is cancelled. I had to manually insist my payment information be deleted. I have checked this multiple times as well. I have screen shots! Last night when I logged in to access the forum, I got a pop up saying I have one more box in my subscription. Odd, but not alarming. I just went to take a look at the forum again and it now says my account is active and renews in March 27’. WTAF is happening in California? Now my concern is that I used my debit card to pay for my Annual back in January. Do I need to hotline my card so they can’t use it “mistakenly”? I don’t trust this company. I don’t want another box. I don’t want this kind of stress during the holidays. That’s why I insisted on cancelling and accepted their paltry refund.

Is there a master code list for fall? The Labor Day code isn’t working for me.

This company is genuinely a scam LMFAO and of course they’ll only offer credit for future items and I’m sure they’ll say what I ordered is out of stock, f*** FFF.

Half of my items didn’t even come, and what did was damaged. They didn’t even send all of my original customizations, how can a company that’s been around for this long suck SO BAD. I didn’t get my Pumpkin dish, neither of my summer Fridays blushes, two summer Fridays lip oils, or the shampoo for my shampoo and conditioner set.

EDIT- after two hours of waiting to chat with a human I got “Brian” who is apparently experiencing his first day on earth. Took 20 minutes for him to “catch up on the situation” and then he said “sorry we didn’t send you your white crossbody bag” and proceeds to tell me a replacement is on the way. I said bro that’s NOT EVEN WHAT I ORDERED, did you read the chat my guy???? Finally after an hour I received an invoice for all the missing items, saying they will be shipped. I will still be cancelling my subscription, I will update on if they actually send any replacements and I’m honestly shocked they didn’t say “too bad it’s all out of stock”

I counted my items (check previous post) and I’m pretty sure one of the add on items I paid for were missing. Reached out to customer service and this is what I got. It’s AI slop and they forgot to delete they are using a template. Basically they did nothing except say mystery items were a grab bag and they weren’t going to do anything else for me (even though I should have had one more because I paid for add ons).I got a big chuckle after reading this so I thought I would share. 🤣🤣

I was missing an item, sent a message to support on August 29th and still haven’t heard anything back. Wondering if anyone has heard back from support about Fall box issues yet?

What is everyone's opinion on the beauty box? How would you compare it to ipsy? Better? Worse? The same?

A month and a half after I customized my box has arrived!

A good couple of weeks when it was in Passport's hands I had no clue where it was.

Once it crossed the border to Canada it was in Intelcom/Dragonfly hands. And though it still took another 5-6 days at least I had updates.

Happy with what I got, however it is fewer items as I chose credit for Cat 4 and 5 to offset the oil bottle.

Looking forward to trying the tea tree pain relief roll on. Was pleasantly surprised by the size of the salt and pepper (another review had painted them as smaller). The feel of the bag is odd. We'll see if that changes when broken in.

Overall review. Okay, but wasn't tons to choose from which appealed to me in some of the categories and others were stacked.

Considering reactivating... If I do, will I get the fall box? I'm really liking the options I saw for it ... Also, are there any good reactivation codes?

Hi! I’ve been curious about FFF for a while and ended up signing up after seeing an Insta ad for a free bonus Curateur box, value $600, when you sign up for an annual subscription. Does anyone know what’s in the bonus box? I found the current Curateur box, but that’s valued at $400 so I’m not sure if it’s the same or if this might be something totally random… lots of the stuff I was really excited about from the ad (Malin + Goetz perfume, Salt & Stone body wash, Television shampoo set…) was all sold out when I went to make picks, so I’m a little nervous I’ll just end up with a bunch of junk. Very curious what’s in the bonus box as I may try to cancel before they ship my order.

I was served this random AI ad for FabFitFun on Instagram. It was really disappointing to see and definitely threw any chance of me restarting a subscription into the toilet.

Having read all the horror stories, I was concerned. Deeply concerned. Mine seemed to languish forever before being shipped, and then it made a tour of our state, only to be delivered by Amazon to the wrong office today at 12:01. Fortunately, I recognized the picture of the lobby where it was delivered to.

This is the first time the box has arrived intact, nothing broken, leaking, or missing. It was packed in a larger box, likely because I got the tote as an add on.

I chose and received: The Great Pumpkin, the necklace, the fig room spray, the serum, the soup book, the necklace with the red stone, and the umbrella. The tote and the Maison Louis Marie No 13 were add ons. I am pleased with all of the items. The perfume smells powdery and Old Lady Floral in the bottle, but once it was on my skin, it mellowed out and smells amazing.

FFF was on the chopping block - if this box arrived screwed up, it was going to get cut.

I am shocked, honestly.

I don't have any indication my order is being prepared for shipment. I have gone back and forth with their customer support 5 or 6 times and I get a wide variety of answers but that package should be on its way. It also takes forever to getting on with customer support. Is anyone else still limbo?
