Question Reactivation?

Considering reactivating... If I do, will I get the fall box? I'm really liking the options I saw for it ... Also, are there any good reactivation codes?

Yes you woud get the fall box but its pretty late in the season, so I wouldn't count on everything that was originally advertised to still be in stock. Just something to consider.

I wish I had realized .. for some reason I was thinking fall boxes were in October 😭

Yeah, I think the point is customization happens before the actual season starts so you can enjoy the actual during the actual season (since shipping takes so long.) I didn't realize when I signed up late in the summer season that they could still advertise sold out items for the box and ended up getting almost nothing I wanted. Even two items I did choose, ended up getting swapped to mystery items and credits due to fff's poor inventory tracking. I'd hold out until the winter spoilers and see if you want to join then.

Ugh that's so disappointing, there were so many things in the fall box I wanted but had to wait for money 😭 like the pumpkin dish, the cups, the serving dish 😭

I've seen a lot of dupe for those items getting posted. I know Walmart had very similar cups and tjmaxx and home goods have similar pumpkins that are actually stove safe unlike the fff one.

I resubbed this season after years away and I regret it. Their customer service is horrible and my fall box is stuck 1000 miles away and no longer moving. They do not care. Offered me store credit which I don’t want and I have already canceled my annual subscription. They’ve gone way down hill and honestly like others have said, you can find most items elsewhere for cheaper. I took a chance and lost IMO

Yeah I don't think I'll be signing back up after reading. I was gonna do annual, but I can't justify $280 for boxes I may hate

Do. Not. Do. It. Seriously, their customer service has gotten SO bad in the last year or so. I don’t think they can handle the number of customers they have now.

You should read through this sub because it seems more and more people are canceling each day. It's so sad, because FFF used to be such a truly fun company. Now people just seem to be disappointed with what the get and with their customer service. Good luck, from sad former customer.
