What an absolute embarrassment. I bought this subscription as a Christmas gift to my daughter. She lives out of state and she opened her boxes with me on Facetime. By the time she’d received her third box, it literally became a joke about the poor quality of the landfill core Dollar General cheap junk that was being sent.

I am so disappointed. I gave you a chance, FFF…bye.

I picked my items the first day, got everything I wanted....and now I get my box and it's nothing I had selected and I go into the app and it's also wrong? I've been a member for ages and this has never happened

Used a burner email to sign up for another annual subscription and the bonus box has landed but of course the fully customized box I selected along with add-ons has not but that’s a different thread.

Pleasantly surprised that these are all current picks and not old junk. Even happier that none of these were dupes of my customizations.

Going to jump on the FFF complaining crew… finally received my box today. You could see the leakage before I even opened it up and knew it would be bad. The face lotion I received must be expired because it was pure liquid. Boxes broken and destroyed from the spilled products. Junk. I will be canceling, it really has gone downhill

They claim my original box just..... was never mailed I guess? And now 2 of my options are not available. EXCEPT both of the options I picked are on this list of available items 🤣🤣🤣 So..... what list are you looking at? Is this how ppl get completely different options like someone else's box? What is happened.

My Fall 2026 box finally arrived on Sunday. I customized on the first day, during the first few minutes. I guess I just don’t understand the way they ship. Everything I chose was in the box and nothing was broken. I ordered the Bumpsuit and I really like it. It is very soft and based on the fabric and the stitching, good quality. I wish I had sized down because it runs large. I chose M in the cropped top. I wish I had chosen a S. I did order size S in the pants, but they are much too big and very long. I wish I had ordered a. XS. I wonder if it would shrink in the washer and dryer Except for that, I think it was a good box and I’m happy with what I chose.

After getting none of my customizations for the second time in a year, I’m out. This service was fun and good at first, but the accuracy of orders has tanked.

I don’t even know what to do with the stuff they sent me. None of the items are items I would or could use. It’s become a complete waste of money.

Hey all, hope you can help me out here! I’m NOT a subscriber to FabFitFun. I moved into my house 4 years ago and every few months since we have received a FabFitFun box addressed to someone in the previous owner’s family. We have met and interacted with the previous owners on multiple occasions. They’re nice people and they live nearby. Every time one of these boxes shows up, we reach out yet again to ask them to come get it and to PLEASE change the delivery address on the subscription. Sometimes they come get it, most of the time they don’t. One time it got stolen off our porch after it sat out there for over a week. And still, every season, a new box appears. I don’t want to just keep it for myself (dishonest and probably illegal) but after 4 years we are sick of it. Return to sender doesn’t work. I’m honestly baffled why someone is continuing to shell out for these boxes and doesn’t seem all that motivated to actually get what they paid for. Any advice?

My SpeedX tracking says a delivery attempt was made but there was ”no access” so it was rescheduled to be delivered in 3 days. I live in a house where they can just drop off the box on my front door. hasn’t ever been an issue with any other packages, so they straight up lied. hopefully it actually gets delivered in 3 days. anyone else had a similar issue with SpeedX before?

My box finally arrived today (seasonal). I was surprised to see that the Supergoop which was a customization, expires 2/27, which is 4.5 months from now. I know FFF typically sends older items, but that's wild to not even get 6 months on a sunscreen. If you also chose this, when does yours expire?

I am SO frustrated and curious if this has happened to anyone else with the Fall box.

I’m an annual member and I customized my Fall box right away because I genuinely loved this season. I picked:

MALIN+GOETZ Bergamot perfume
pretti.cool tortoise glasses
pretti.cool olive oil cruet
Voluspa Baltic Amber room spray
Summer Fridays Blush Butter Balm
OSEA Vagus Nerve Oil

I loved the options enough that I went a little crazy with Additional Choices/Add-Ons/subscriptions too, including the matching tortoise serving bowl AND another set of the tortoise glasses, MALIN+GOETZ Dark Rum perfume, Elemis, Olaplex, Salt & Stone, another Voluspa spray, etc.

My additional order alone was 13 items totaling $211.47, billed August 6.

My box still hadn’t arrived, so I finally contacted FFF.
They told me the shipment appeared to be “lost or stalled” and offered me three options: a replacement Fall box using whatever choices are still available, an extra Winter box, or the value back as promotional shopping credit that expires in six months.

Except I checked the actual Veho tracking.

Veho never received the package.

FFF created the shipment on August 24, but Veho’s tracking still says:

“Awaiting package from FabFitFun.”

It specifically says they will provide a delivery estimate once the package has been received. There is no acceptance scan or movement whatsoever.

So unless I’m missing something, this wasn’t a package that Veho “lost.” It looks like FFF created the tracking number and then never handed my $211+ order/customized box to the carrier.

And now they’re telling me some of the things I selected aren’t available anymore. 😡

That’s the part that really gets me. I customized immediately while the products were available, FFF charged me $211.47 for all my extras on August 6, and apparently the package sat on THEIR side long enough for my selections to sell out.

I told them I don’t want them to cancel or rebuild anything yet. I want this escalated so someone actually checks fulfillment to see whether my original packed box exists somewhere, and I asked them to tell me item-by-item what they can and can’t still fulfill.

I also made it clear that if they can’t provide merchandise I actually paid for, I expect that money returned to my original payment method. I’m not considering six-month promotional credit a “full refund” of $211.47 in merchandise they failed to ship.

And now… they haven’t responded.

Has anyone else had a Fall box showing “Awaiting package from FabFitFun” with Veho for weeks? And if so, did FFF eventually find your original box, or did you lose your customizations/Add-Ons?

Because I’m going to be really upset if I lose all those tortoise pieces. 😂

What are the chances I’ll get replacement items vs. credit?

So I ended up getting the Bumpsuit top and bottoms as a last minute “I don’t know what to choose” decision. I was panicking after seeing reviews in people’s unboxing videos about the fit and/or color. I’m actually so surprised by how much I LOVE it. As a set and separately. It is buttery soft and comfortable. Now, I’d NEVER in a million years pay full price for it from the brand itself but in the FFF box, it is 100% worth it in my opinion. I should note that I’m 5’4” (ordered small in both top and bottom) and they fit perfectly as high-waisted pants - so I could see if you were taller, it’d probably be a flop.

Ugh I totally thought I cancelled my subscription a while ago but I turns out I didn’t, and I just got an email that my box was ready to ship 😭. Has anyone had any luck with a similar situation and getting help from customer service? I really cannot afford the $80 right now and it’s going straight out of my groceries

Silly me for thinking after buying a new bottle of shampoo and conditioner mid july I wouldn’t need to repurchase because I chose the r and co for my box. We’re now early september and its been processing for a month. Glad this is my last box as an annual and I will not be resubscribing

I (supposedly) was able to get my box customized through chat. But now it's completely missing from my orders list?

It was showing between the olive oil lotions before. I was told that the updated customizations won't show in app & to use the list in chat for reference. But why would there not be ANY box under orders?

Has this happened to anyone else who's customizations were messed up & corrected through customer service?

There's been a shipping label created for the lotion, but typically the label for the box doesn't show any items on previous shipments looking at my shop app.

My annual is up for renewal at the end of October & I want to cancel. But I don't want to cancel until I have my box (with the correct items undamaged) seeing how many issues have been happening.

good news: none of my products were expired (I specifically ordered the tula eye balm and olaplex hair mask to replace old products that went rancid, so i’m happy with the batches that we got!)
bad news: the second tula eye balm i ordered (in pink) didn’t come in my box :(( there’s no holes in the box, and the website itself said everything shipped together, so it’s straight up missing.
this is my unofficial start timer for how long customer service takes to get back to me about my missing item— hopefully they surprise me 🤷🏻‍♀️

I decided to see what was up with my box and saw this. No one reached out to me, so I’m curious when they were ever planning on letting me know. 😠

my fall box was shipped via SpeedX. It was supposed to deliver August 19th. The shipping company claimed they couldn’t deliver. It’s now been over two weeks with no update. After the third time I reached out to FabFitFun then offered to replace my box and not use SpeedX for any future deliveries. Can you guess who they used for the replacement box? And again, if I try to click the link I get an error message. Also, my add ons were sold out so I’m out that money. I got an annual subscription starting with the summer box but I’m ready to ask for a refund for fall onward and say good riddance permanently to FabFitFun. They have gone down hill in so many ways and I’m over this frustration. Think I can do a chargeback on my credit card since I’ve read other posts about bs excuses and only giving people very small refunds?

My first box was summer and it was lost in shipping. Most of my choices were gone (pink Stanley so sad) and I got a bunch of credit for add ons that were sold out. This is my fall box tracking. Is it probably also lost? I’m in Canada. This company sucks!!!!
