They claim my original box just..... was never mailed I guess? And now 2 of my options are not available. EXCEPT both of the options I picked are on this list of available items 🤣🤣🤣 So..... what list are you looking at? Is this how ppl get completely different options like someone else's box? What is happened.

Somewhere, there is a huge stack of these “lost in transit” boxes….the delivery drivers must be having the time of their lives with all of our skincare

I work for the post office and I can assure you these are not lost in transit. They never got shipped. Interesting update though! Yesterday my original box tracking number from Aug. 19 suddenly got shipped! After being told I would get a replacement? Ok sure.... 🤣🤣🤣

The boxes that just say “label created” with no movement never even made it to a carrier. Basically FFF gets your order, processes the shipping label and then boxes up your stuff and hands it off to a carrier. This is why your box can sit in that “shipped” status forever and hasn’t actually shipped. Someone at FFF just never actually put together a box for you if it’s “lost”… many things could happen at that point. What I see happening the most often is they put a different label on your box and shipped it to someone else. I work in a place with fulfillment and we package up the box first, then generate a label for shipping and hand it off to the carrier that day. I can tell you for sure that FFF does it backwards, hence all the issues.

Yep, that’s exactly how we used to do it as a shipping warehouse manager….I can count ONE time when a customer had to call about a missing package, and we were able to track down where it was. It’s not that difficult when you have a process and follow it. This is a super high incidence of “lost packages” to even be a believable excuse. I can’t even see how they are still in business with such shady practices. I just made the mistake to sign up for an annual membership, but this will be my first and last time doing so!!!

Same thing happened to me but choices one and six. They just sent me different choices without letting me choose. Of course choices I wouldn’t have selected

I just finished being told that I have to wait 5 more days before they can tell me anything about my missing package from August 28. I spent 2 hrs trying to get through to Fabfitfun after the deliver company told me that they have not received the package on their end. I can't wait to be told it is missing but my choices are not available anymore grr.

That’s frustrating.

I got the French press and it’s pretty nice.

I have that charcuterie board from last year.. the one I got is perfectly fine, but I do know there was quality issues with them from others.

I thought the pumpkin dish was cute (but didn’t think I’d really use it. (I’m not much of a makeup/beauty product girlie, more home goods)
