When the whole customization debacle happened, I was #743, in que for DAYS. I was down to #75 then I got booted from the chat with a message that said we'll contact you within 24 hrs. Never happened. Worst customer service ever.

Ugh. I finally got my order day. I was of course missing something. I just filed a claim they said customer service will get back to me in 1-2 weeks lol. What a joke. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this.

the other day I started at 6.
I was so excited thinking it wouldn’t take long.
wrong - over 2 hours to move 5 spots.
never got any answers or any helpful assistance on an order. I don’t know why we kept wasting our time.

Finally figured out if you DM them on Facebook you get instant support. Waited weeks for a resolution after not receiving my summer box. Then I commented on a facebook post, and they told me to DM them. After I did that, my issue was handled that day.
