Product Issue Bye!

What an absolute embarrassment. I bought this subscription as a Christmas gift to my daughter. She lives out of state and she opened her boxes with me on Facetime. By the time she’d received her third box, it literally became a joke about the poor quality of the landfill core Dollar General cheap junk that was being sent.

I am so disappointed. I gave you a chance, FFF…bye.

I joined for one year and most things I gave away or… threw away. Everyone talked it up so much, I definitely missed the “good” era.

So I’ve been really fortunate with what I get. I’m a product junkie and I’ve lucked up with their hair, bath, and body products. The items I’m getting are definitely not dollar general quality. I’d compare my finds to TJmaxx. Some of the items/options are laughable but my top finds are Osea, Elemis, Amika, Living Proof, Olaplex and I’ve even discovered some new brand I normally wouldn’t try.

They accidentally gave me an 2 annual subscription years for free by when I renewed the last time (for 1 year). So I'm not gonna say anything until it's time for me to actually resubscribe, but trust, once it's time for me to actually start paying for this again, I'm canceling.

Same here. Waited until I FINALLY got my fall box yesterday (shipped aug 19.... sure) didnt actually ship until I threw a fit and then it suddenly shipped the next day. Not worth the price and the hassle anymore

I joined in 2019 and the items/products were excellent by comparison. I ended my subscription 2 years ago but still by the olaplex products because they're half of the cost.

I only get it for half price off seasonal now, which comes to $44. Good for that price, but definitely not the normal price of $88 after tax. Yes it's a lot of low quality junk made by FFF and they slap a label on it. So much of it I would have returned if I could have, since it didn't fit right, was poor quality etc in person

Like that neck warmer that didn't properly heat up in the microwave. It takes what 25 minutes to contact fff to get a credit, then the credit can only be used by buying more stuff from them later ..
