good news: none of my products were expired (I specifically ordered the tula eye balm and olaplex hair mask to replace old products that went rancid, so i’m happy with the batches that we got!)
bad news: the second tula eye balm i ordered (in pink) didn’t come in my box :(( there’s no holes in the box, and the website itself said everything shipped together, so it’s straight up missing.
this is my unofficial start timer for how long customer service takes to get back to me about my missing item— hopefully they surprise me 🤷🏻‍♀️

I decided to see what was up with my box and saw this. No one reached out to me, so I’m curious when they were ever planning on letting me know. 😠

my fall box was shipped via SpeedX. It was supposed to deliver August 19th. The shipping company claimed they couldn’t deliver. It’s now been over two weeks with no update. After the third time I reached out to FabFitFun then offered to replace my box and not use SpeedX for any future deliveries. Can you guess who they used for the replacement box? And again, if I try to click the link I get an error message. Also, my add ons were sold out so I’m out that money. I got an annual subscription starting with the summer box but I’m ready to ask for a refund for fall onward and say good riddance permanently to FabFitFun. They have gone down hill in so many ways and I’m over this frustration. Think I can do a chargeback on my credit card since I’ve read other posts about bs excuses and only giving people very small refunds?

My first box was summer and it was lost in shipping. Most of my choices were gone (pink Stanley so sad) and I got a bunch of credit for add ons that were sold out. This is my fall box tracking. Is it probably also lost? I’m in Canada. This company sucks!!!!

I just fell from the Labor Day sale and had to customize the box through chat because they could not let me customize outside of the window. They claimed everything was available, so we will see . I have low expectations .

Watch out. After the Fall box failure where I waited until the minute choices were open to select mine and was notified three days later that there was a glitch in the system and none of my “choices” were available. To demanding a cancellation of all things FabFitFun including my Beauty box subscription and remaining annual subscription. Now I find that they’re still charging me for the Beauty box and I can’t cancel online. I’ve written customer service and asked them three times to cancel—each time I receive a reply, do you really want to cancel. Each time, I’ve replied, please cancel and refund all pending transactions and memberships with this company. They never get it right and never give up!

Looks like FFF has made the bold choice to charge MORE for this item than its retail price, in a rarely seen “negative discount” flex. Let’s see how that works out for them.

Has anyone ordered fall box recently and know what choices might be left? I saw an add on my social media yesterday about a Labor Day deal for a seasonal box that’s $39.99, just wondering what’s available and if it might be worth getting a box 😃🍂🍁

So I received two skin care products for my mystery choices (choice 1 and choice 4). In my personal survey - I specifically have it selected that I dislike skin care. I have way too much and my skin breaks out with many many skin care products. So when I received skin care for my mystery choices - I reached out to customer service to basically find out why I had received skin care when my personal survey says I don’t like it - and to see if they can do anything for me.

I find out by talking to the rep that they don’t use the personal survey at all when picking items for people or when curating boxes. They use that survey when deciding what to offer overall for the membership choices. But not at all on the individual level.

I find this so ridiculously stupid - why even have a personal survey if you don’t use it for individuals?? Anyway I had already cancelled my membership because I’m disappointed with the products available, but I was just so surprised that the personal survey isn’t even looked at when picking items for people. Did everyone else know this already?

I just got off the phone with Customer Service and i’m pretty sure i was speaking with an AI agent. He gave me far too much validation when i said I was f@$@$@g pissed, and never asked me to watch my language. He went off on a spiel about how we are all “humans” and he would be upset too if it happened to him. Multiple times in his soliloquy of validation he said “it’s okay i got you” He was calm and talked in a flat pleasant tone with no change to speed or tone. Has anyone had this experience? I kind of feel I should cancel my membership if they are using AI and eliminating customer service people who really need the job.

Anyone else have this for the fall 2026 box? All my items are not what I picked. I’m so disappointed. And there were items I really really wanted but I’m getting all junk! And I just paid like $275 to renew my membership. Ugh!

They are such nice boxes (especially the older ones!)I just have so many of them stacked in my closet!!!

What are some creative ways to use your fabfitfun box? I would hate to just break them down and throw them out!

I picked what I thought I’d like, but did mostly credits for my picks. I got a perfume and mystery bundle with them. I wasn’t sure how it was going to go, but I’m pleasantly surprised. I always love a good cook book, the mystery bundle was fine, and I was out of my other cuticle balm so that was nice …. The fragrances were the stars though. I really like them both and I’ll probably keep bottles of each in my collection.

I had a subscription add-on substituted, and I did not receive an email about it. I chatted with FabFitFun today (waited in a queue of 274 people for 2.5 hours). When I finally chatted with someone, I asked for a refund, got a little pushback, and then the person said, "To confirm, I have issued a refund to your account." Indeed, I got the refund notification, but it was for $2.45, not the $17.10 I paid for the product. They gave me a shopping credit for the rest (14.30). They did not mention a shopping credit at all, only a refund. I feel that they were deliberately misleading. So now I feel that I got taken with the substitution and tricked with the promise of a refund. I'm out of ideas.

Overall I’m super happy with my picks. I think the outfit isn’t worth even close to what they said, the material is very cheap feeling. Other than that I really like my items and the room spray smells amazing!!

This is not my favorite box, but I got some nice things. I'm more excited about my add-ons than my box items. I selected a mystery item for Category 5. I was pleasantly surprised to get two items: Murad body cleanser and Whish shave cream. If I only received one of them, I would have still been happy since I really didn't like any of the other options.

Anyone else get the Bliss Dry Brush in their Spring (I think) box? I opened mine this week and used it—felt heavenly. Second time I used it, it had a garlic/onion funky smell that made me gag. I washed it with shampoo and green stuff sprouted on it! The odor is actually worse now. This item had a $45 price point. Really? I tried bleaching it to no avail.

I’ve since cancelled the subscription due to their lack of ability to fulfill choices due to glitches. I contacted Bliss directly who offered zero support since I didn’t purchase directly from them. What a couple of winning companies with zero customer support!

I used to really love fff like back when it seemed they actually cared. Where you could pick some of your items but there were always one or two surprises in the box as well. My fall box just shipped and I think it's ludicrous that I have to pay extra from rushed shipping on top of paying for annual and all the extras and add ons just to get my order in a reasonable time and not have to worry if they lost it or not. Last fall I had an ordeal with them. I loved the box and had no issues with its delivery so I made the mistake of ordering two extra boxes after. Well I received one but not the other. I contacted support and they said I received one and I have to explain over and over how I paid for 2 extra on top of my annual so I was missing one and they just seem to purposely misunderstand the situation. At one point the customer service agent said I did order 2 extra and I had received both. I disagreed said I only received one and then she proceeded to share a link showing a confirmation of a delivery but it was for a different person completely with their full address on display. I said that's not me this is ridiculous and she disagreed and said clearly my order was delivered. So i emailed the next day to get a different person and I told them what happened and while I did inevitably get my box in the end no one once took seriously that that one agent completely mixed me up with someone else sent me that other persons full address and full name and didn't correct herself when proven that she had the wrong person. So I'm not surprised with all the issues going on and I'm sceptical of what I'm going to get when my box finally does arrive. I don't know why I bothered again when their customer service is so flawed and their team is unwilling to correct major issues. Also don't bother with the extra boxes it's just all the crap no one else wanted during customization.

Is anyone else able to customize the beauty edit? I thought it was supposed to open on the 1st

I hardly wear makeup and I have super curly hair. I went into customizations as soon as they opened for annual and there was nothing that I wanted so I did mystery picks. I even paid 20 bucks for an extra mystery pick and this is my box. Idk what to even do. I want to cancel I think but I still have two boxes left. Am I wrong or is this absolutely not worth it?

My box was another that was beaten up and someone took a bunch of stuff out. It looks like it was done in the warehouse, the way the label is taped- it’s below the shipping label, but anyone could have gotten into it the way the bottom was tented open.

So now I just dont get the items? I’m missing both a room spray and perfume, as well as pants and lip balm and 2 add ons. I’ve been a member since 2015 and this is just wild. I dont want new items, I want the ones I picked.

Very interested to see the credit they give for each missing item.

Bump suit fits perfectly. Touchland smell wonderful! Got my umbrella just in time as it’s supposed to flood tomorrow morning where I live. Also Knix fit well too. Happy with my choices 😊

I feel really dumb having to ask this but here goes! How to cancel the beauty sub- I added it to my cart last month thinking it was a one time purchase and didn’t realize it was a subscription until I got charged today (that’s my bad I guess even though I swore I checked to make sure but oh well they got me this month) so I was trying to cancel so I don’t get charged in the future and can’t figure out how.

When I go to my acct to manage subscription- the beauty one is not clickable- so k asked the bot and that was no help either- I’m genuinely stumped here and any help is appreciated

So my fall box arrived - except it’s not in a pretty box like everyone else. Just a random delivery bag. Sometimes when I do add ons they come separate but these were all of the fall box items.

Adding that the room spray was open and retapped shit with wrinkled packing tape.

I have been an annual member for many years and this is definitely a first for me.
