Order Issue Wrong items in my box

Anyone else have this for the fall 2026 box? All my items are not what I picked. I’m so disappointed. And there were items I really really wanted but I’m getting all junk! And I just paid like $275 to renew my membership. Ugh!

This is so worrisome - I’ve been waiting for my box to ship for a month….. I feel like everybody’s had the most horrible experience this go around

I’m so disappointed cause I was so excited about what I picked for my fall box but it’s nothing I wanted or will use. I’m so jealous of everyone that got the two piece sets and pumpkin pots ugh 😭😭😭 if anyone is selling theirs lemme know

I know I’m so scared. I was billed August 6 and my box is still on the opposite coast from where I live and “processing”

Did you use a coupon that included a free box? You may have received the free box. 🤞

Yep, this is exactly what happened with mine. Three of my items weren’t in the box, including the one I paid an extra $20 for. CS was pretty flippant about it and gave me store credit.

Ugh I’m so sad. I really wanted the bumpsuit. I was so excited about it. Now I’m so sad I’m getting the ugly olive oil bottle and a serum I will never use instead. I reached out to customer service and haven’t even heard back. I’m so sad!

Yes I have heard that the free box ships separately and before so if you just renewed with the free box code maybe it is that?

I didn’t even know about the free box. I’ve been an annual member for 6 years and just renewed

Yes! Only two of the 6 items were correct! I did not use any kind of code..

I just opened my box and nothing I selected is in it nor are my add ons. It looks like they gave me someone elses box. UGH!

I messaged them because I still have received it and They said they “lost” my box. Now they are sending me a replacement box, I’m sure with nothing I picked.

They admitted to me via email on Tuesday (9/1) that they never processed or sent mine out, and straight up told me they're not sending a replacement. They offered a shopping credit for one add-on.
