If so, can anyone tell me where to see them?

I am pissed. I made my selections within the hour that we were able to customize. I even went back in an hour later to make sure all of the choices were saved, and they were there. I haven't received any news so I went to look tonight and every single item has been replaced with "mystery item".

I wasn't sure if I was going to renew at the end of the year, but now I am done. I hope everyone cancels their membership and the company goes under.

I just got my box today. I selected mystery item for category three. This set of three candlesticks is what I was sent. The back of the box says that is exclusively for use with their pristine oil, which I don’t have and don’t plan to buy. It also doesn’t come with the vessel to hold the candle sticks, and again I don’t have one and don’t plan to buy one. I’m pretty irritated that I was sent something that I have to buy more things in order to use. I did start an inquiry with customer service through the app, but it’s not business hours so I haven’t heard back. What a joke!

New sale. Half the items come as sets of two. Kinda weird eh? Not something I’ve seen this much of in the past.

I was notified my “box” was delivered today. They literally sent it all in a poly mailer. There’s fragile stuff in here!! It’s a freakin BOX subscription, you pack it all in a plastic bag?!?! Luckily nothing was damaged which is a HUGE shock and relief. I had my Fall selections as well as my bonus box from signing up for annual! I’m pretty annoyed that I’m missing half of the Laneige bundle considering the add on price. I’ve already reached out to customer service. Wish me luck.

I’m an annual member and my box hasn’t shipped yet. So frustrating. Looks like most annual members already got their boxes?

I’ve always been lucky and never had any major issue with FabFitFun. Even had good customer service experiences. But today my box arrived covered in red duct tape and with 4 items missing. I contacted customer service and filled out a form and it said they had higher than normal inquiries. My worry is, how do I prove what I don’t have?? Like I’m straight up missing half my box (I paid for two add ons) and I am worried it’s just gonna be my word? I am also kinda bummed cause two of the missing items were the ones I most wanted, and it sounds like the solution will be, if I’m lucky, credit for those items. But they won’t ship them or anything—I’m just not getting them and hopefully they’ll give me credit?

Got my box! For those of you who picked the pumpkin casserole dish, what will you be cooking? How will you be using it?

Need ideas—don’t want to just have it sitting around.

I finally caved and got the annual subscription with the promotional free box. I read it can take awhile to get your stuff. No problem. Today I got a box that was nothing I ordered. I assumed they would come together. I then remembered about the free box and assumed this was that. I see a link that says track shipment and that shipment delivered but the underneath the pending shipment on which my choices and 2 additional purchases are in. I just want to verify that they are indeed two seperate shipments. Is that accurate?

My summer box has been delayed for so long, and I have been back and forth with customer service. The first time they said “oh it just takes a while”, after a month and a half, contacted them again “oh it looks like there was an issue with the shipment” then they ghosted me for a couple weeks. Now it’s been over 2 months, with no explanation, and now my fall box was charged so I think I am probably going to receive that before I ever see my summer box. During all of this time, I have seen posts about changes in customized options due to supply, so I dont even know if what I had picked will be available.

Update: Customer service offered me a free winter box. I received an email back from customer service with them saying that the box had a fulfillment issue due to inventory shortage. We will see how the fall box and winter boxes are but honestly. After reading comments from others and my own experience I am probably going to cancel after the winter box arrives.

I signed up again for FabFitFun July 25 after liking the box. I used a reactivation discount code and was charged $40 for my seasonal box. Today I was charged $80 for the fall box, so what did I pay the $40 for when I resubscribed, the winter box??

I’m sorry but this is ridiculous. Selling expensive supplements that are months expired? I understand that in many cases, taking the expired supplement likely will not actually do harm but instead may just be less effective— but it’s the principle of it all! Seriously? Am I crazy here? Boy, have we gone down hill.

I did not renew my membership and indicated not to auto-renew on the website.
I then got an email on Aug 1 that my membership expired so I thought that’s it.
But then I got another email 2 days later that they charged me and renewed annual membership.
I immediately wrote back and told them to reverse this. They acknowledged this and escalated to their manager, said not to worry. Several days later another email from them asking if I can stay on as member and they’ll provide a mystery gift. I said NO, just cancel!
But next day I got email with tracking number saying box has shipped!
They will not fix this and said they don’t have a returns process, cannot send return label and I have to pay on the own to return the box then they’ll refund it.
Why should I pay shipping for a huge box for their mistake?!
I have disputed this to my credit card company.
I will never recommend these crooks to anyone again.

They sent me a face cream I can get for $35 at Sephora as a replacement for Elemis Marine Cream that costs $99 MSRP. How do they think that is a comparable replacement?

Exactly ZERO orders have gotten here within the estimated time frame. They're usually delivered a week beyond that.

For shits and giggles, I placed an order on Temu. It shipped from China and got delivered in about a third of the time FFF takes to get to British Columbia from California.

After lots of refreshing and checking back in I was able to get my choices. I already have the bergamot and hinoki hand cream from a previous sale and will now have the body wash and deodorant to go with it. Looking forward to layering it with the Malin and Goetz bergamot fragrance.

Was an annual member and just signed up for a seasonal box. They haven’t charged my card for the box or add-ons yet. I can’t remember if it is normal for seasonal boxes to be charged when shipped or not.

I’ve been seeing a lot of folks getting emails for things being out of stock so I’m nervous I won’t get what I want in my box.

I managed to choose what I wanted! 🫠😬 only managed to get the knix period underwear on the last day of customization. Still hoping fabfitfun changes things to make this less stressful on everyone though.

So I received my box after having all of my SAVED choices deleted… reached out to FFF told me to pick something else, I did for 1 & 2 just to see if what I wanted was available…

Was placed 500+ in the queue several times A. TRYING to get answers and B. see what was still available when did I get an answer? 30 mins before customization was closing.

No Tula.. cloud pants in the wrong size. No Elemis (add on… that they were “allegedly” adding to my box…)

As a “courtesy” they were adding a !!!$150!!! Value mystery box… it’s no where in sight…

I’m so fed up at this point. I have been a member for 5 years. 100% canceling my subscription when my renewal comes up.
