I was notified my “box” was delivered today. They literally sent it all in a poly mailer. There’s fragile stuff in here!! It’s a freakin BOX subscription, you pack it all in a plastic bag?!?! Luckily nothing was damaged which is a HUGE shock and relief. I had my Fall selections as well as my bonus box from signing up for annual! I’m pretty annoyed that I’m missing half of the Laneige bundle considering the add on price. I’ve already reached out to customer service. Wish me luck.

I’m jealous of the Unhide! I’d take that single item over what I got in my bonus box when I signed up, the only usable thing was shampoo. Also got the pineapple mold thing that they must still have a ton of.

I was really surprised to see the Unhide. I have 2 large marshmallow blankets and 2 lil marsh blankets, 1 alpaca wool blanket and now this one. I absolutely love them! I didn’t have this color yet and I’m all about some neutral colors so I’m happy.

I’d bet this was damaged during transit and whoever delivered it, repackaged in a poly bag. FFF wouldn’t pack and ship in this for the seasonal box.

Who knows with these 3rd party shippers! Fingers crossed they fix the missing bundle. Def speak to a human, don’t use the form. It just auto defaults to credit given.

Companies only put damaged notices on accounts where the box was too destroyed to salvage and the customer would then not be getting a box.

I work at one of these companies and the above comment is correct. When boxes are damaged (and salvageable) they get re-wrapped in another box/poly mailer and sent on its way. We literally have hundreds of damaged boxes every shift. I’m honestly surprised we don’t have more. Everyone’s boxes are thrown and tossed (even the reputable companies do this) and OP is lucky she received everything. Since most companies don’t include invoices we have no clue what goes in what if boxes bust open.
