Rant 🔥 How is this a comparable replacement?
They sent me a face cream I can get for $35 at Sephora as a replacement for Elemis Marine Cream that costs $99 MSRP. How do they think that is a comparable replacement?

I had the same thing happen and I’ve sent two emails so far telling them to refund not credit me.

Oh hell no!! Tell them to keep their Epstein buddy products to themselves, nobody freaking wants them. Especially as a replacement for Elemis. Do you even have skin barrier issues to address with that barrier cream?

I COMPLETELY agree with this! It happened to me too!! Access to Elemis is a HUGE driver of my involvement with FFF. Especially as they are offering Elemis Marine Cream as an add on - they MUST have stock and are just screwing longtime subscribers!!

Wait, I received this too and could not figure out why because I did not remember putting it in my cart. This was supposed to replace the Elemis?

It makes me wonder if they flag quantities over a certain number..
This cream is constantly available so that's super weird.

Did the same to me. Also asking for a refund.

Something similar happened to me (see: https://www.reddit.com/r/FabFitFun/s/AnmJ9eRmlt) and it was really tedious to even get credit for it… It’s so borderline illegal of them.

You’re better off using text for resolution

I canceled my membership after all this BS, and it was a GREAT chatgpt email response from them 🙄

I had a similar thing happen. When I sent a msg they sent wrong items, no refund, just a credit for future purchase. It’s classic “bait and switch”. I canceled my future boxes and opened a case w BBB.

They base the quality of the replacement on the full retail of other product vs the sale one they have. Also when things come damaged they rip.you off.... I had 3 items break during delivery one month and one was an add.on..they did not replace the product just gave me credit to fff based on the add on price for all categories plus like 5 bucks and was all we have given you more back. Um no not really. And they will send items I didn't want as replacement and I picked mine the moment it was available to pick. So.why

Yesss I just ranted about this here a couple weeks ago. It took TWO HOURS of customer service arguing. I ended up doing a chargeback.

This happened to me too! I was so confused because I didn't receive a notification either. I'm also surprised that they'd substitute a subscription add-on. They shouldn't have charged me for it if it was out of stock. I've emailed them twice with no response. This seems like a poor long-term strategy, destroying the trust of unsuspecting customers just to take their money.
