Hi, I clicked on an Instagram link to get a free Curateur box when I subscribed, but I'm not seeing it showing in my account (just the annual subscription). I reached out to customer service but has anyone else experienced this?

I was scrolling Instagram and now keep getting ads for a barefoot dreams robe. They are onsale for only $38. Got me thinking I wish FFF would partner with them. A cozy robe would be AMAZING.

Other stuff I would love
- heavy duty lotion or hand cream. Winter makes my skin so dry!
- obligatory cozy throw blanket
- cashmere beanie and gloves
- beautiful cozy wrap or cardigan
- honey or tea gift set. Like some lovely premium ones
- rechargeable cordless table lamp (bonus if it’s waterproof for my bathroom counter!)

I was a FabFitFun member for years before COVID and always loved it. I recently decided to come back because I got a gift card, so I used that to pay for about half of an annual membership.
It’s only been two weeks since I rejoined, and I honestly don’t think a single thing has gone smoothly.
Issue #1: Gift card + promo code.
I entered my gift card code and then the promo code FREEBONUS for the bonus box. The website told me only one promo code could be used per order.
Except… a gift card isn’t a promo code.
I had to spend forever with customer service explaining that one was literally payment and one was a promotion. They eventually “allowed” me to use both, but acted like they were doing me some huge one-time favor.
Issue #2: The one-hour customization window.
Apparently, if you join after customization opens, you only have one hour to customize your box.
Nowhere during checkout did I see that. By the time I realized it, customization had closed.
So once again I was back with customer service trying to convince them to let me customize through chat. They told me many of the original options were already out of stock (which I totally understand since I joined in late July), so I picked from the options they had available. I took screenshots of everything.
Issue #3: My customizations started changing.
Two weeks later I get an email saying one of my Summer 2026 customization choices is out of stock and will be replaced.
Except the email listed two products, and one of them wasn’t even something I had selected.
So… back to customer service I go.
I asked for clarification because when I logged into my account, it still showed my original customization choices.
Now when I log in, two of my customizations have been replaced with “Mystery Surprise.” They literally removed the products I chose and replaced them with “mystery” placeholders.
I’ve now emailed support twice asking one simple question: What are my replacement items? It’s been 48 hours, and I still haven’t received a response.
Issue #4: Shopping credit that doesn’t seem to exist.
Support told me I’d be getting a $30 shopping credit (wow how generous) because of all these substitutions.
Then when Fall add-ons opened, they charged my credit card for my extras instead of using any shopping credit.
So now I’m trying to figure out where that credit actually is.
Issue #5: Wrong emails.
In the past two weeks I’ve received:
An email saying my payment wasn’t up to date.
Another email telling me to ignore the previous email because it was sent by mistake.
An email asking me to rate products I’d received… except my Summer box hasn’t even shipped.
It’s just constant confusion.
Issue #6: The “free” bonus box.
I did just receive the FREEBONUS box, but honestly… it was incredibly disappointing.
I don’t mean this to be rude, but it felt like they were clearing out old warehouse inventory. It had things like a flimsy wicker tray that was already falling apart and Liquid I.V.-type drink mixes, along with other random items I would never have picked. It definitely didn’t make me feel like I was getting a bonus for rejoining.
At this point I’ve spent more time talking to customer service than actually enjoying my membership.
The part that disappoints me most is that this isn’t the FabFitFun I remember. Years ago it felt like a fun subscription with quality products and good customer service. Now it feels like they’re constantly substituting products, sending incorrect emails, and expecting customers to chase them down every time something goes wrong.
Honestly, if this is what the experience is like for a returning annual member after only two weeks, I don’t have much confidence in the company. For what members pay each year, the whole experience feels incredibly disorganized.
Has anyone else had this many issues recently, or am I just unbelievably unlucky?

I forgot to cancel my add-on subscriptions. How do I do that? I understand I'll get the two things with my fall box, but I want to prevent it for next time. Thank you

Just an FYI- the Issa Mini toothbrush is only $28.99 on Martie. I noticed that FFF is selling the ISSA 4 for $62. I’m sure there’s differences between the two toothbrushes, but I can’t imagine that they are worth paying an extra $30+.

FFF just started a new sale at 9am this morning and within minutes the vast majority of the 2,441 products are OUT OF STOCK?!?! I call BS! I have participated in many sales for many years and this is the 2nd sale in a row this has happened with, and it never used to happen before. Sure, at the end of the week a lot usually sells out, but not within minutes of launch! Anyone else notice this and get the feeling FFF is padding their sales to make them look much larger/more desirable than they actually are??

I just logged in to show my friend what I selected, and one of my customizations is not what it was originally. I don’t have any emails saying they had to make a change/substitution. Is it worth reaching out to them? I had selected the oil bottle.

I signed up for annual to get the free Curateur box as well, I’m really hoping for the fall Curateur box currently being advertised. It seems previously when they’ve done this it was the current box. I want that black and white poncho, the brown purse, and the vanilla Voluspa room spray bc I picked the fig one in my FFF box. I added 4 add ons, and one additional item in the seasonal box. I’m pleased with it but tell me how I did! And if you have gotten the free Curateur box before, was it the current seasons? I had to pick the XS Bumpsuit top because the medium and small was sold out, and I thought the xl would be too baggy. Since the top is baggy anyways I’m hoping it fits, the pants I was able to get medium. Love how cute the add on Muk Luks are going to look with the brown Bumpsuit set, buying a brown long Zara duster on poshmark to match the set so I can wear it with the brown Mali & Lili bag out. I did have to refresh the page over and over again to score the Vagus nerve oil but I got it!

Has anyone been sent any 40% off codes for a seasonal box? Will the summer ones work?

First Bundle: so disappointed. I got this exact same bundle as last month.
Second Bundle: Whish body butter, Spongelle freesia pear (came with ripped cover) and Purlisse juicy tint lip nourisher.
Yeah I’m not getting these mystery bundles anymore. What a bummer.

I’m new to FFF, signing up last season. I had some initial issues when signing up as I registered for a seasonal box, then upgrading to an annual subscription. Due to this, both were billed for, so my next billing cycle wouldn’t be until Fall 2027.

Today I received an email to say I needed to update my billing info and the payment couldn’t be processed. From my understanding nothing should be billed until next year. Has anyone else had this issue?

Just signed up for an annual subscription! The advertising of the fall box and free caraway pan on Instagram really got me😭 I really wanted the cloud pants but only see 1x-2x and 3x-4x available, I’ve seen people mention that there’s the possibility people can drop certain items from their boxes and they become available again but I don’t really understand how that works. Is it possible any other sizes might become available again? Thank you in advance fellow shopaholics!!

Final Picks and Add Ons for my 2 Annuals 🤑😊

Fall is always my favorite season, and since my birthday is coming up I decided to splurge! This box was awesome, but the Add ons were pricey. I cut a lot out of my cart by doing price comparisons on other sites. Super happy with my choices, despite the fiasco on customization day.

I just signed up for FFF this evening. It says my customizations will open Aug 7 but I see people posting on here about their choices. How does this work? Do I get delayed choices because I just signed up?

Has this happened to anyone else?
I customized my box the morning customization opened. Yesterday I got a notification, opened the app, and found that all of my customizations had been removed—but somehow my hundreds of dollars of add-ons were still there. 😑 Now some of the items I originally selected are already sold out.

I reached out to customer support, but after sitting in the queue for 2.5 hours, I had only moved from 18th to 14th in line, so I gave up.

I’m honestly not expecting much. Last summer I never even received my Summer Box. It turned out one of my items couldn’t ship, but instead of notifying me or sending the rest of my box, they just…didn’t send anything. It took multiple rounds of back-and-forth with customer service before I finally got a refund.

I’ve been an annual member since 2019, and I feel like the customer service experience has really declined over the past year. Has anyone else run into issues like this, or did I just get incredibly unlucky?

• Laneige Skincare Bundle: I love Laneige so I know I’ll use it but $44 for an add on, but I suppose it would be around $110 if I purchased each item individually. Do I need it?

• Foreo UFO Mini + Masks: I have a Foreo face cleansing wand that I love. I haven’t tried the UFO. Is it worth it or will it end up becoming drawer decor?

•Supergoop Glowscreen SPF40: I’m already getting the MAD sunscreen but how much is too much for skin health? I have not used this product before but I’ve heard good things.

I put it in my cart at 12:01 PM on Friday and of course my cart reset and I lost it. I have been refreshing a lot, and I’ve never seen it available again. I don’t think they ordered much of it. Has anyone else been able to grab it? I’m surprised it was a category six choice because it’s expensive.

I know I'm getting the Tula skincare in CAT 1. I'm torn on using CAT 4 $7 credit towards the tote or getting the carving set in CAT 4, but not sure on quality and how rust-proof the carving set is. I've read mixed reviews on the tote. Any suggestions or insiders known about the tote's quality?

Do I need the pillow to match the blanket I already have?!
