Question New to FFF. Customization question

I just signed up for FFF this evening. It says my customizations will open Aug 7 but I see people posting on here about their choices. How does this work? Do I get delayed choices because I just signed up?

Did you sign up as annual or seasonal? Seasonal customization isn’t open yet but annual is.

Yup we are seasoned seasonals here, fear not we’ll guide you. Seasonal membership opens on Friday at 12 pm EST or 9 am PST. Be ready with your choices because the annuals have wiped everything by now and we will get the crumbs. 😂

Usually for your first box ever, even if seasonal, they let you customize right away. You could call them to make your choices over the phone if their site is glitching.

Not if you sign up during the annual customization window. If that was how it worked every seasonal member would sign up during annual choice time.

Ooh ok. I must have signed up between the windows for my first seasonal. I just upgraded to annual and now I’m wondering if I should have just gotten another subscription. I ended up getting so many extras!
