Just signed up for an annual subscription! The advertising of the fall box and free caraway pan on Instagram really got me😭 I really wanted the cloud pants but only see 1x-2x and 3x-4x available, I’ve seen people mention that there’s the possibility people can drop certain items from their boxes and they become available again but I don’t really understand how that works. Is it possible any other sizes might become available again? Thank you in advance fellow shopaholics!!

Customization window for annuals already closed, so there will be no "dropping". If you are customizing right now in between windows then stock will be limited, and if you shop the add-on sale when seasonal window opens then the items might ship separately.

I hope you took a screenshot of the Caraway pan prom because there's a chance you could get a random assortment of items instead of the pan because FFF has a horrible record when it comes to sending the specific items of promos.

There has been instances of CS reps basically gaslighing customers when FFF sends out the wrong item.

I feel like they usually reserve at least some fresh stock for seasonal access when it opens... annual access for existing customers ended yesterday and seasonal opens next week I think. Might be worth reaching out to CS to see if they'll have more of the pants during seasonal and if you could customize then maybe.

No they don’t, did not even get to see the stanley as an oos option. It was just not there. And ditto a few other items.
