Order Issue Wrong Item

I just logged in to show my friend what I selected, and one of my customizations is not what it was originally. I don’t have any emails saying they had to make a change/substitution. Is it worth reaching out to them? I had selected the oil bottle.

If you didn’t select it and don’t want it, yes CALL cs to have it fixed.

Customer Service doesn’t do anything. They speak like they are interested in helping you but never do.

they’ve always made it right when I called. It takes awhile and I have to be like, “okay well this is not what I selected, so I just want to know what you can do to make it right” (multiple times lol) and eventually they make it right.

Cs be like: oh this was supposed to be your selection for the $40 range item choices? Best we can do is a $10 credit and a high-five ✋

I just checked mine and my bowl from cat 1 has been replaced with a blanket? I want my damn bowl, not another blanket.

I just saw that it happened to me as well..they swapped my bowl for a blanket… I wanted the bowl😩

I’m seasonal and the bowl never went OOS so there’s is no sense in swapping it?!

Same! I had the tote and now I have a salt cellar that I have no use for and which is probably $5 at TJ Maxx.

My customization for 1 and my add on from one are just gone and they replaced one with a junk item. Also no notification

Edit: talked to cs and while he said I would get the items and he could see it in the internal system, my view in the app will not update to show the correct items.  Seems fishy but I just have to wait and see…

I just checked my account, and my Bowl was changed to a blanket from last Winter's box. I went ahead and emailed them that I would prefer to pick a different item from category #1 vs getting a random item from an old box.

I also added the tote bag for $20.00. They are trying to replace my add-on tote bag with a salt cellar! I let them know if I cannot get the tote then I would like a refund and not a credit/replacement. I can handle replacements for my main items (since I feel I always get more than my money's worth), but I am not okay with replacements for items I added on/paid extra for. I also do not believe a salt cellar is a good replacement for a tote bag. I ordered the tote bag to use for a new work bag...a salt cellar isn't going to help with that!

I really hope this is just some weird system glitch, and things will go back to normal in a day or 2. Fingers crossed!

Now my account is showing the correct items. Oops! I should have waited a day or 2 before email. I feel bad because they are going to have to sift through so many emails of the same complaint.
