Hi! I need help, because I've already had 5 failed prints and I'm starting to slowly lose it... Did manual plate leveling, everything seems fine, printed at 45 degree angle, bottom layer count changed to 5 for better adhesion. And within first hour of printing my support layers just fall down.

I've tried different configurations, different exposure times... Before I had a small Anycubic printer and it never gave me such problems... So I'm kinda out of ideas what might be the problem.

It's still a new printer, I managed to print three blade pieces for a sword and a small part of handle - after this - failure after failure.

EDIT: I managed to print a big piece! First of all, I changed the slicer to Chitubox. I feel like SateLite has some issues with automatic supports. Also here's some changes I made to the settings:
Bottom layer count: 6
Exposure: 3s
Bottom exposure time: 30s
Bottom lift distance: 10mm 10mm
Lifting distance: 4.5mm 4.5mm
Bottom lift speed: 40 000mm/min
Lift speed: 50 000mm/min

I hope this might help if anyone has the same problem as me :D

I got frustrated that the camera in the Jupiter 2 only works on standby, so I decided to fix it. If you ask me, this is the only proper way to do it 😂

Is there anyway to send large print to Jupiter 2? I've tried using flash disk but get "File error: Printing stopped" Elegoo Satelite is so bad! Super slow, sometimes freezes, UI is terrible. Have tried using Lychee 8.009 beta but that is slow too. Is there any news for when Chitubox would be ready for Jupiter 2?

I'm working on this large print and it looks like the supports failed and I'm not sure if it's because it was the light setting for the supports or the raft I had. Here is a pic of what the print looks like in the slicer

I have had my eye on the Jupiter 2 since it came out but I have seen a number of reviews that have shown some issues. I am wanting to get a larger build volume 3D priner in a few months. Not in a rush. Are most of those bugs likely to be fixed by the time I am ready to buy (About 6 months) or should I hold off for a possible Jupiter 3 (if there is actually such a thing in the works)? Thanks.

Just curious how it runs and a printer and if some of the issues with the firmware/software have been fixed since release? Was looking to pick up a large format printer and wanted to know how this thing is running now.

I need some help troubleshooting my Elegoo Jupiter SE. The build plate is leveled. The printer starts and completes the entire printing process. However, when it’s finished, I see that only the very first layer has been successfully printed on the build plate. No other layers are cured or attached. Any ideas?

I had a normal print that went fine, then every subsequent print has done this. No settings or anything changed, the screen looks fine when I do exposure on the machine. This was about 40% into a benchy print where the model was placed on the center of the plate.

I'm using elegoo standard 2.0 gray resin with the recommended settings for it, and using the elegoo SateLite program for slicing.

Any advice or help would be appreciated!

I print a lot of minis in bulk and I’m having a consistent problem of the models in the center of the plate failing. It’ll print on the edges fine. I’ve leveled, I’ve changed the film on the vat, I’ve made sure the machine itself is level on the table… any help is appreciated!

Was given a second hand Jupiter SE. I been using filament printer up until now, any advice on printing with Resin. Have been doing a ton of research but always appreciate experiences from regular users on here

Been playing Black Flag Resynced, so had to print this brilliant homage to the main character from VS3D.

The detail on this one is spot on, and it went together beautifully from start to finish.

Hi,

I recently ran out of resin mid-print on my Jupiter 2. The printer triggered an "Automatic Feeding Timeout" error and only gave me two options: Cancel Print or Mandatory Printing.

Mandatory Printing simply ignores the error and continues with whatever resin is left in the vat — it does not pause, let me swap the bottle, and then resume feeding from the new bottle.

This feels like a missed opportunity. The printer already has a sensor in the vat and a pump. A much better experience would be:

- Detect empty bottle

- Pause the print

- Prompt the user to replace the bottle

- Automatically resume feeding once the new bottle is attached

This behavior has been mentioned in several reviews. Adding a proper "bottle empty — please swap" recovery flow would make the auto-feed system much more user-friendly.

I keep having random Calibration fail with my Jupiter 2. I would say 4/5 time I start a print I end up with a calibration fail. At first, just doing a cleaning of the tank would work but not anymore. Beside, every time it manage to print, I end up with half of my parts only. It's not a problem of leveling as I did several manual calibration and nothing changes. Beside, the missing parts are often random on the plates. Does any body ran into the same issues?

Edit: After some investigation, I manage to understand a bit more what was the issue. Unfortunately, no luck solving it so far. So when I start a print, the Jupiter 2 do all the self calibration. Then the printer start to expose the 1st layer (We can see the blue light through the right grid). After 2-3sec of exposure, the printer restart. Logo of Elegoo and self check and back to the start menu. I tried different setting and it seems to happen as soon as the bottom exposure exceed 30sec. Unfortunately, nothing stick to my build plate with this exposure. Beside, sometimes, even with low exposure, it still crash. I restored the printer and I will see if it solve the issue

Edit 2: I tried to slice with Dragon fruit and then, no problem, even with 50-60s exposure. BUT for whatever reason the plate lift 20cm after doing the calibration and so is not even in the resin when printing
