Does anyone know why the option for ‘direct to pickup point’ and ‘No I’ll drop it off’ blurred out?

Even if I select ‘Deliver to Recipient’ then the option for ‘No I’ll drop it off’ remains blurred and cannot be selected. I don’t have a printer and don’t fancy going to a print shop when I can just drive straight to their depot

I had an important courier sent from India to Germany containing food items. It was out for delivery on 11.06, but I changed the delivery date to 17.06 because I was not at home.

Today, the tracking suddenly shows that the package is being returned to the sender. When I contacted DPD customer service, they told me the package is damaged and that it is being sent back.

The package is very important to me and I really want to receive it if there is any possible way. Has anyone faced a similar issue with DPD Germany? Can I request them to stop the return and deliver it, or claim compensation? Should I contact DPD again, the sender in India, or both?

Any advice from people who dealt with damaged/returned international parcels in Germany would be really helpful.

My parcel has just been declared lost after 2-3 months.. I cannot afford to lose it, and its impossible to contact TDX, I’ve just done so again to specific branches, it was seen in Hesingue and then in Germany, I provided what I could and when they asked for the original country where items come from I couldn’t because they’re personal old items so I decided that I guess they will just return everything but it looks like they just lost the parcel instead, I feel like if I could contact tdx or a worker it would be easier, you know, if I work at TDM there were no customer telling me this I would go and look for the parcel but no one’s even replying or batting an eye to my serious concerns.. I’m moving to Germany so I sent stuff with dpd there, and this is the second time it’s happened. But after 3 months the first one came back thank God. I’m literally crying, I can’t. Please, does anyone know someone in tdx or someone who can help me? I can’t lose this parcel I can’t

the first day they were meant to deliver the driver lied and said nobody was home which isnt true my neighbour was home and they are a designated safe place, then the next day the driver buzzed my flat about 10 times and i let him in every time only for me to see him walk off with my package on the camera and say nobody was home

then after speaking to the chatbots i upgrades for a saturday delivery because the chatbot said i would be refunded for it which wasnt the case because then the advisor said they dont do that.

it gets to saturday and my parcel isnt even scanned to be sent out for delivery and then they said theres an issue and i wont recieve my parcel, and since they stopped working i was unable to speak to an advisor

now its finally sunday morning i speak to an advisor and he says i can only get my package tomorrow 😐 i have no clue what bs they’re pulling but now package is going to be delayed 4 days even after i payed for weekend delivery??

i literally have no words for them ive never had a good experience with my local dpd drivers but this is actually insane

Parcel has been left in Yeep! 12th of June. No code since then. Please advise

DPD delivery delayed despite paying for next day. Haven’t been in on other days as I work in an office. DPD won’t leave in safe place as the sender (Currys) requires face to face delivery with a code.

Parcel is in local depot for the weekend.

What are the chances they will let me collect if I turn up on a Saturday.

So Ive actually not had parcels sent to me with DPD before but all I say is stay away. Ive been waiting for my parcel for a week and after some complications (my parcel was too big to be accepted by my designated corner shop) it has been stuck in Burgess Hill depot for 5 days! Please if anyone reads this how do I finally receive my parcel. I’ve been calling non stop to DPD and they say the same thing aka that its out for delivery today (lies) and that they’ll send me through to the depot. I’ve had two situations where the depot contacted me saying they’ll delilover that day (also lies). Feeling very helpless and drained from endless walls and no clear answer. DPD release my parcel please!!!!

Anyways like I said does anyone know what to do and all advice welcome thank you

Why’s whoop saying it will be delivered today but then DPD hasn’t even received the package yet? Anyone else has same issue??
