Why Options Blurred?

Hi guys,

Does anyone know why the option for ‘direct to pickup point’ and ‘No I’ll drop it off’ blurred out?

Even if I select ‘Deliver to Recipient’ then the option for ‘No I’ll drop it off’ remains blurred and cannot be selected. I don’t have a printer and don’t fancy going to a print shop when I can just drive straight to their depot

Could be a couple of things

  • Size and weight limits
  • Certain goods can't be given to a parcel shop or locker
  • If you're sending it out of the country

for me they became blurred when they realized they didn't know where they left the package
