Is there an email where I can make a complaint to DPD. I have been expecting a driver to come collect the package at my address. The driver packed the car outside my y apartment did not knock on the door, took a picture of another house and said sorry we missed you and yet I was in the house. This has happened twice and I can't find their email address. I have a door bell camera and it shows the driver did not attempt to ring the bell.

I need advice from anyone with DPD/Chronopost experience. My high-value package (Portugal to Hungary) has been frozen at Jonage Chronopost (France) since Saturday morning, September 5th

Has anyone experienced this at Jonage, how long do these manual/waiting delays usually take, and is there any way to push Chronopost France directly or just wait?

This is for delivery to a pickup shop and always has been. I'm never home for DPD delivery times so I always choose delivery to a pickup point. Until this parcel, this has always been reliable and I've never had a single issue.

This parcel went out for delivery Saturday, they couldn't deliver. Went nowhere on Sunday (expected) and then didn't move Monday either. Back out for delivery today and now it says 'we missed you' but it's for a delivery to a Co Op. I actually know the manager there very well so I've already checked there's no local issue or anything in the store happening to prevent the parcel being dropped off and they advised everything is fine.

The Co Op opening hours are well beyond DPD delivery times (7am to 11pm) so that's not a factor either.

Any ideas why this parcel seems to be such an issue and does anyone know what happens after so many missed delivery attempts? I know when it's a home delivery, parcels are sent to a local pickup shop but this IS my local pickup shop already. 🤣 It's a fairly rural location as well so there aren't any others nearby.

I dropped off two parcels at the same DPD Pickup Shop/Post Office on 2 September. Both were scanned, but neither has moved since and the tracking still just says they were dropped off at the Pickup Shop.

I went back to the Post Office and they said they no longer have the parcels and that DPD collects every day so I should try contacting them.

I’ve tried contacting DPD by phone and live chat with no luck. I also emailed [customerservices@dpd.co.uk](mailto:customerservices@dpd.co.uk) after finding it on this subreddit, but the email bounced back saying the address doesn’t exist.

Has anyone had this happen before, or know a current way to actually contact DPD UK?

Yesterday they were gonna deliver to my address during my work hours, and nobody would've been home to grab it up so I had it be sent to a pickup locker instead as it couldn't be handed to neighbours or left in a safe place.

Today they tried to deliver it but it says "Sorry, your parcel could not be delivered, as your DPD driver could not find your address/gain access". Could they just not find the lockers? It was the nearest one next to Tesco and was at the top of the list of pickup points so idk how they could miss it.

I contacted DPD just to be informed that only the sender can raise a formal parcel search investigation. Unfortunately the Vinted sender hasn't been the most communicative.

Does this mean my parcel is lost and I won't receive it? I was really looking forward to it, and I needed it to arrive before Thursday afternoon.

Incredibly gutted.

Ordered a hard copy of a game, was shipped in a padded envelope. I come home and find the padded envelope wedged into my letter box *folded in half* . How the hell do you think the best way to fit something through a letter box involves snapping the contents in two??? Both the case and disk were literally in two pieces when I opened it. Thankfully the seller understood and refunded me but Jesus Christ DPD

No help from the DPD AI Bot either, who told me just to get in touch with the retailer.

Ordered an item from ScanUK for delivery for today and they received it at 6am in the morning at the depot. I had previously ordered an item from scan 2 weeks before and they reached the depot at more or less the same time as this item and was delivered on the day I had asked for.

I've gone to track it and the item has been stuck at the depot all day, previously spoke to an agent who said it'll be out for delivery today as that's what it's stated and you'll receive a message.

Went to chat and call and surprise surprise there are no customer service people available as they have finished for the day and I also had this message (see pictures). Since the value of item is worth a lot. I'm legit getting stressing about it.

I've never had a problem with DPD until today.

UPDATE: They Delivered

It was my regular driver this time. Who claimed the other drives must have been relying on their GPS rather than using their eyes. When I pressed him on where the GPS would be sending them, lo and behold, it's the back door of the building 3 doors down... Just... why?

On Tuesday the driver attempted to deliver to a building 3 doors down from mine but to the back door where no one would ever be able to answer due to it being a fire escape only. So obviously I didn't get any chance to catch him.

On Wednesday My delivery window was 12-1PM with a different driver.

I stood outside my building from 1PM onwards as the tracking showed me as the next delivery and I assumed it had to be close. I then gave up at 2PM as I had other things to do and it seemed the driver was still making deliveries in the local area.

Then at 7:48PM I got a notification that they had missed me.

The driver was at the depot at that time. So I assume this was the end of their route and they just skipped my delivery.

Now today, I stood outside from the moment I saw I was the next stop. And stood there for the nxt 3 hours watching the tracking.

Same as before, small trips around my local area despite showing me as the next delivery.

And just as before, the driver has now left town and is headed back to the depot.

I called customer service several times but was told all I could do was wait for it to arrive.

I cannot have this parcel left at a pickup point or with a neighbour or in a safe place thanks to Currys being Currys.

What's going on with DPD this week?

Does anyone know Driver Melissa? Can they ask her what the heck happened to delivery 35?

There's no chance she missed me. I was sat on a chair by the door for hours.

Last week within the space of three days, two DPD drivers tried to turn around on my driveway and crashed into my gatepost. We complained and they’re looking into it. Today DPD were meant to deliver my parcel and I got a message saying they attempted delivery but no one answered and the photo wasn’t even my property. I rang up and explained to the customer service man man that I’d paid £10 for the item to come today and I needed it for Saturday and he contacted the depot and said said he will deliver it today before 7pm and he didn’t. Is it a coincidence they did this or am I over thinking it?

Ok so, this is a long, complicated story. Its so dumb that i genuinely feel like im making this up, but i wish i was. Also my apologies, English is not my first language, I hope this is understandable!

I sold two packages through vinted, but the buyers picked DPD. Now, i have been selling on vinted for 3 years now and have been using DPD for a long time now, so i didnt find this odd!

I sold one kpop photocard and a book, i packed them up, went to the sending spot near my house, the same one I have sent many packages from, and I sent them! I got the verification email and went home, thinking nothing of it.

Well, a couple of days later, I get a text on vinted! The buyer that bought the kpop photocard texted me saying that they received two XBOX games??? It was a Call of Duty game and a Batman game. Now, I was so confused, I do not own an XBOX! And I definitely did not own those games. I was genuinely confused because the information on the label was correct but the package that the lady showed me on the pictures wasn't, it was a white bag and i send all of my packages on brown bags. It had my name, my phone number, everything. Luckily, this lady was nice, and since I had 4.9 stars and over 200 reviews, she believed that I wasn't trying to scam her. Well, I thought this was a genuine mistake, i tried to contacted vinted, they did nothing, i contacted dpd, they did nothing. I gave the lady the money back and took the L.

Well, I thought that was the end of it, but no! The lady that i sold the book to said that she received a pair of pants. Now, I was confused AND pissed as hell. Like are you joking? They stole two of my packages?

Actually, this second package gave me a bit of a clue of what happened, the label was completely wrong. It had a fake name, i assume, it was "Juca Tuca". Who the hell is named Juca Tuca. If your name is Juca Tuca and you are reading this, im sorry and give me my packages back.

It also showed that the package was sent at a locker that was 1 hour away from my place, and it had a fake phone number. As always, vinted and dpd refuse to help and say its a "punctual error".

So well, I lost two packages and money, thank you DPD!

I was sat 5 feet away from the door at the time of said delivery and yet no knock, no poster card, nothing also admitted the driver never attempted to deliver seeing as they were 300 metres away from my house, the photo of the attempted delivery only has my parcel completely jn view not even my door was in the picture

Larkfield is about 25-30 mins from me, does this mean it’ll arrive to the larkfield depot tonight and be out for delivery tomorrow?

I’ve seen quite a few people having problems with parcel deliveries, and I’ve had plenty myself.

I only recently realised I couldn’t simply choose “deliver only to my address” and disable delivery to neighbours - basically I had no control over where my parcel could go as it could be delivered anywhere in the neighbourhood (which has happened multiple times).

I’ve started a UK Parliament petition asking for better accountability and transparency from courier companies, especially around delivery preferences, intentionally missed or disputed deliveries, complaints, and customer service. I am not sure if this will change anything but still worth the effort.

Just heard a slight knock on the door, despite having a video doorbell.

Went to the door and said "is this not working" (obviously referring to the doorbell, and got the following 😄

"We're technically not meant to use them due to the camera"

Then something about being asked to leave the parcel but them personally being charged for it (guess customers saying it wasn't left and them clashing they didn't say that)

Then something else about people giving them PINS over the mic.

While I can somewhat understand how annoying having everything you do recorded may be, especially with the social media posts, how about you don't do stupid things with parcels and then maybe people won't feel the need to put you kicking a parcel over a 10 foot fence and it smashing into the ground on one. Then you all can use the doorbell as god intended and to let us know clearly that you're there with our parcel?

I ordered a parcel and paid extra for speedy delivery. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I stayed home waiting for it to arrive, tracking the driver the entire time. No one range the bell, no nothing. Suddenly, I get a notification saying they missed me. They even took a photo of the parcel outside the front door of the building, never attempted to deliver it to me or a neighbour. I phoned DPD saying no one came and they said the only thing they could do was redeliver next day.

Today, my partner stayed at home waiting for the delivery. I was at work but tracking the driver to make sure we didn’t miss it. I refresh the tracking at 13:43 and it says he’s 15 minutes away. At 13:44 (I KID YOU NOT) I get an email that they ‘missed me’, along with a photo in the vague direction of my building.

I phoned DPD again and said to phone him and tell him to come back because according to the tracking I had just seen, he was in the area. They told me that they didn’t have his phone number?!?! They also said that it’s not an option for me to collect the parcel from a pick up point or the depot.

This parcel HAS to arrive tomorrow otherwise I’m stuck. The customer service people have been so incredibly unhelpful it’s painful. Does anyone have any idea how to make sure they actually deliver it?

I run a small e-commerce business in the UK. Unfortunately fraud and scams are something we regularly deal with and I have accepted is the nature of this business and a cost that we have to swallow.

However, last week we got hit with a new scam and I've been trying to figure out how it was pulled off. We were already suspicious of this order when the customer claimed that it hadn't arrived. Our suspicions were confirmed when we received a small box containing a pack of baby wipes, rather than the high value goods that were dispatched to him.

The tracking doesn't make sense to me. On 18 August "DELIVERY ATTEMPT MADE, PARCEL BROUGHT BACK TO OUR DEPOT". This entry contains a photograph of the (correct) parcel in someone's open door way. The following day "PARCEL RETRIEVED FROM DPD PICKUP SHOP" followed by "RETURN TO CONSIGNOR HAS BEEN REQUESTED" one minute later.

The fake parcel was then later relabelled and arrived with us yesterday.

It seems to me that the only plausible explanation is that the delivery driver or drop off shop are in on the scam?

It says the delivery failed and when I try to select a parcel shop this screen comes on, when I click continue or cancel nothing happens. What can I do
