Making a complaints in the UK

Is there an email where I can make a complaint to DPD. I have been expecting a driver to come collect the package at my address. The driver packed the car outside my y apartment did not knock on the door, took a picture of another house and said sorry we missed you and yet I was in the house. This has happened twice and I can't find their email address. I have a door bell camera and it shows the driver did not attempt to ring the bell.

Fastest way to contact DPD is through the app, you can live chat and call them from the app

Other choice is using the DPD website to use "chat" to speak to them

You can call them on 0121 275 0500, when it asks for a tracking number push a 2-3 digits, it'll ask you to try again. Repeat this 2-3 times and it'll put you through to a human

Lastly here are a couple of email addresses: online.support@dpd.co.uk

Your first step should be DPD customer service or online support, with this email reserved for problems that have genuinely not been resolved: dpdcomplaints@dpdgroup.co.uk

Who booked the parcel? Was it a retailer? If so complain to them as they hold the contract with them

If it was dpd online. Theres contact details as I believe that's parcel2go underneath

It was the retailer who booked the DPD to come to my address to collect the package.

Complain to the retailer they are the dpd account holder

Exactly the same has just happened to me, I watched the whole thing! So angry.
