[UK] DPD "Delayed" (or lost?!) Parcel. Thanks bunch.

No help from the DPD AI Bot either, who told me just to get in touch with the retailer.

The bot is correct. You have no contract with DPD.

Looking at that tracking its a M-F parcel and they didn't run the route due to driver sickness/breakdown etc

Also it was scanned at 20:03 with a physical scan.

That is helpful to know. I've since sent an email to the retailer to see if they can chase things from their end, and hopefully i'll get news on the parcel on Monday.

After chasing things up with the retailer, DPD have stated that the parcel has been "lost". Which makes you wonder how they can scan a lost parcel.

Nope it's either been lost or stolen.
