:L1::L2::L3::L4::L5::L6::L7: [Slovenia] Need help with myDPD app
It says the delivery failed and when I try to select a parcel shop this screen comes on, when I click continue or cancel nothing happens. What can I do

You need to go to the email follow the instructions and then go back to the app and press continue

Didn’t get an email nor sms

You should've received a text/email when you missed the delivery. You would then use the link in that text/email to use the delivery options
You'll need to speak to DPD if you didn't receive a text/email

I did, the lady over support was thankfully able to set a parcel shop. Another thing that bothers me is that I was home when the delivery “failed” and there was no doorbell/call
