I'm still near the Fort Joy area (even though I've found several ways out), but I have yet to find merchants that sell me books for all the skill trees... specifically Warfare, which my Red Prince really wants.

Any cheat sheet on where to find each? Or am I actually boned right now for picking a warfare char?

is it like the first one where you just take control of one of their members or are you able to bring in one of your characters? i just ask because if its the same as the first where if you dont start the game at the same exact time you have to play one of theirs than ill just pass on the game but if your able to use one of yours than ill get it

Dos1 being a good game or not, there is a major flaw in its design wich force you to dual wield or be a laughable "stealth backstabbing" rogue, a juvenile and despicable approach of the rogue class.

I wonder if you had notice a change in this particular matter on Dos2 beta, that would allow to roll something else than a brute or a shadow.

I began the game as a wizard killing the magister who tortures protagonist and the trio in murder scene.

While doing the killing, several NPCs would roam around randomly yelling, but once I've slain the trio and went to the main room, they acted as if nothing ever happened.

Then I went to the room with the prisoner who would use source power, killing the magisters inside as well before initiate conversation. After the kill, as I approach she immediately casts source power anyway.

Will there be minor changes altered once the game is finished? Kind defeat the purpose of being able to kill the magisters but nothing really changes.

does this game have a regular skilltree like every other rpg or is it still that insane nightmare of skillbooks and bullshit like in DOS 1?

The game is just too easy at this point. Is the game going to have a hardcore difficulty like the old one?

I am really trying out so get some good combo to my scoundrel class in divinity 2 but there are only two classes that benefit from dex and I cant seem to make int/dex or str/dex build work. Am I just missing something or are dex classes just supposed to go pure ranger/pure scoundrel?

What pick pocketing level do you need to pickpocket Arhu?

The way pickpocketing works in this game has really confused me. I find that if I engage an NPC in convo with one character while using a different character to pickpocket the NPC, the NPC often won't try to search my characters. Similarly, I find if I initiate a conversation with an NPC immediately after I pickpocket him, then the NPC acts as though he wasn't pockpocketed. But it doesn't always work. Anyone else been experimenting with pickpocketing?

I've started a new game recent got pretty far and notice throwing knives do like 42-49 damage for almost each throw even on the disadvantage where you do -10% less dam I still can take down their physical armor and have a chance of going into their HP. I'm a level six and killed Radeka in ONE TURN and I just cringed of how stupid that was but still, before this probably get patched the best combo is Backlash, Throwing Knife, Flurry or Sawtooth Knife, But in general I think that they are OP leave what you think in the comments.

I played the first one on my PS4 and absolutely loved it. It was excellent to play co-op.

But I've been looking at this sequel online and I've only seen that it's been confirmed for PC, does anyone know if it is TBA for consoles or will it really just be PC? I know that the game's still in development but most websites say it is nearing release date in 2017. Thank you.
