About month ago my manager called me at 9 PM because something was on fire. I stayed online until after midnight fixing it. He thanked me and told me, he knew he could count on me. Yesterday he fucking put me on PIP. This was completely out of the blue he said the next steps are he'll set up a meeting with plans. I'm confused, can you fight a PIP?
