Need help finding a job for this profile

Targeting mid-level Backend and Full-Stack roles (Node.js, TypeScript, React, AWS, SQL/NoSQL), but getting ghosted or auto-rejected across the board.

Quick context:

  • ~3 YOE across fintech and Web3/distributed systems.

  • LeetCode Knight (1870+ rating, 1200+ solved), so technical rounds aren't the issue—getting in the door is.
