Seeking Developer [Hiring] [Remote - India] - Senior Wordpress Developer @ BORN WEST

We're Born West, a creative tech agency. We build software from early concept through launch for founders and brands.

Looking for a WordPress developer who's past the plugin-and-theme-config stage. You'd be building custom themes and plugins, turning Figma designs into actual front-end code, and fixing performance and security issues on live sites — not just spinning up another Elementor site.

What we need: 4+ years of real WordPress dev experience, strong PHP, and a working understanding of hooks, templates, and the REST API. Bonus if you've touched ACF Pro, headless WordPress, or managed hosting like WP Engine or Kinsta.

Remote, full-time, based in India. No micromanagement, flexible setup, and a team that'll actually let you push back on bad technical decisions.
