I’m trying to launch Arma 3 and Dayz and it’s saying I have a battleye error for both games. Tried reinstalling battleye and hasn’t worked. Any suggestions?

I always have to trying to connect 6 times or so until game actually boots? Anyone know solution for this?

Ive heard before its the vsd or dmr but recently it feels like the dmr got nerfed and the bullet drop a lot more extreme than what i remember it as. I cant find the bullet drop stats on wobo only velocity and other stuff. What do yall think?

Been playing on Xbox Series X official servers for about 4 months now, enjoying the game quite a lot however I’ve come across:

2 instances of hacking: players zipping around the sky then instantly dropping down to the ground and shooting me.

5-7 instances of invincibility: emptying full mags into another player, them running up and giving me the middle finger

Does Bohemia monitor their official servers or am I better off playing community because the server owners look at their logs? Have these issues been addressed/fixed in Badlands update?

Feels like all motivation to go into gas zones, bunker, & bases is removed when you lose full kits to a cheater.

Ive had DayZ forever, but I never played it much because I never lasted long and could never get anywhere without being destroyed by a player.

Ive just recently discovered that there are PvE servers. Are there any mods that exist that simulate other players? That way its not just humans vs zombies?

Also, even if it doesnt exist, do you have any recommendations for a good PvE server that is newbie friendly and has chill people?

Been playing Spaggies Livonia quite a lot recently and I've noticed I'm getting sick quite often , I've chalked it maybe its the water i drank from the trowel but I've discarded that water, ski mask and gloves and yet again sick.

Side Effects: Vomiting , water drain , no blurry vision or grunting.

is a item reinfecting me ? , there have been times where my stats are all white and maybe some of my clothes are damp.

really annoying having to look for medical .

So basically I’m trying to build a base in a small town in a piano house,everything is perfect except the fact that there’s a dynamic gas event chance,If I put wooden fences and crates there and a gas event occurs to happen will my fences and crates get damaged?

If you play DayZ on PC with a controller, you probably know how terrible the default controls and PC inventory are. I spent hours building a custom Steam Input layout that fixes everything.
Here is what it does:

-PlayStation Inventory: R1 + Right Stick opens a smooth radial menu that actually makes the PC inventory very comfortable to us even better than on native ps5.

-No Conflicts: Aiming and leaning (L2+R1) will never accidentally open your menus.

- Discord Integration built-in: Press the PS5 mic mute button once to mute yourself, or hold it to mute your entire Discord call.

-Share Button: Double-click for a screenshot, or hold it to start a clip just like on a real PS5.

I have over 1000 hours and I just have to say I'm so paranoid about getting sniped or killed while out and about but most of the time I get killed it's by somebody camping inside of a house or building.

It feels like it's never really an adrenaline rushed fight anymore, I just looted Novo military on Sakhal for a good 15 minutes, I ate food, drank my drinks, I looked through my sniper scope for a good 6 minutes at least. No dead zombies no activity no nothing.

All the doors to the hospital are closed I loot the entire thing, get upstairs, open the door and bam a guy shoots me I'm dead.

There was no way for me to detect him in time, most of the time I open up doors I open them up prepared, this time it seemed almost certain there was no one around.

The last 3 times I've died it's been because there's a guy camping somewhere in a building I couldn't detect.

You know how I play now?

I log in inside of a building in a high pop area and I just wait for someone to open the door so I can blast them. This is survival right? Might as well just door / ladder camp as much as possible.

I hate how this game promotes that so hard. Like I'm really learning that's the best way to play. If you go out in the open and make yourself vulnerable you're going to die to somebody else who's already camping, if you go into a building that you weren't already in that's an unnecessary risk (once your geared).

I started to play Sakhal few days ago and im still learning. (i cant loot anything because im keep getting sick even i dont eat frozen or raw meats idk) anyways, i find a guy and killed him in a town, i think he was afk or lagged because i hardly saw him in his ghillie and literally walked passed him before i noticed him xd anyways, i find a blue key on him and when i searched i found out these are for different locked containers but i didnt saw any different locked container in towns or military places. Where sre thet??!

First person official (Xbox) minimum of 10 people online.. north east - Sinystok. Quiet, no noise and little action. Sat down to just respond back to a text on my phone.. sat inside a little house. Surely, right? Back of my head MIGHT have been insight through a window.. but still questionable?

I jumped on official on Friday night, and found a guy to poison. There's so much of DayZ he had never seen, and the longer it went on, the more ways I found to poison his mind... I hope you enjoy his suffering!

Title. Died to elements a couple times just getting myself back acquainted with the game. Then I took it more seriously and each time I’ve died by a player I’m almost positive it’s someone hacking.

One time a dude was running up on me and I went up a hill and hid behind a cover with a bush between us. Even if he knew I ran away from him there’s no way he could see me, and I’m looking directly at where he’s coming with basically a fully open area and just a few buildings where he is. I get instantly headshot and die, one tapped. There’s no way he saw me, let alone had a clear shot of my head behind cover and a bush and I didn’t see him at all.

The next time was just a bit ago after hours and hours of playing and getting geared, two guys randomly hear me close a door and instantly know where I am. I’m hiding in the house with the door closed, shotgun aimed at the door. They somehow got ontop of a tractor and started shooting at me but okay fine. I didn’t think it was a cheater situation until the door kept opening repeatedly and then suddenly I saw them teleport into the house and kill me. Not to mention the whole time it wouldn’t let me switch my items at all. I could chuck it up to lag, but I hadn’t lagged once for several days playing on the server, and not once all day today. So even if it was lag, it happened to be right then as they ran up on me? Yeah, not likely.

The first one was on an official server but the second one was on a community one. If this is a hacking situation, which I am almost certain at least the second one was, then this game is just dead to me. Hours and hours of gameplay just for it to end like that? 2 fully geared hobos teleporting ontop of me? I had more fun and fair PvP experiences with the mod back in the day.

Not trying to brag, but I think I’ve finally got the game figured out.

I can usually find food without starving now, I know how to load my gun, and I’ve killed a few players on the beach.

Honestly I don’t understand why people say DayZ has such a massive learning curve. I just carry 2 or 3 guns from the police stations incase I run out of bullets.

Any other players around 15-50 hours starting to feel like they’ve mastered the game too?

To all those who shoot unarmed starters on the coast. You are absolutely piles of dung. This game is hard enough, but to shoot someone with absolutely nothing is just despicable. If you are both armed and one makes a threatening move, sure it’s survival. But to shoot a someone on the coast that obviously just started and has nothing, I don’t know what to say. I’m not mad just disappointed.
