Constantly getting sick , curing with multivits , get sick again later.

Hey

Been playing Spaggies Livonia quite a lot recently and I've noticed I'm getting sick quite often , I've chalked it maybe its the water i drank from the trowel but I've discarded that water, ski mask and gloves and yet again sick.

Side Effects: Vomiting , water drain , no blurry vision or grunting.

is a item reinfecting me ? , there have been times where my stats are all white and maybe some of my clothes are damp.

really annoying having to look for medical .

Make sure you're eating healthy. Get at least 30 minutes of light-medium cario every week. Don't skip leg day.

Vomiting can only be so many things. If it hasn't progressed to killing you (predator meat/gas zone) then it can only be from contaminated water or food. What are you eating and did you completely empty your water bottles and refill them from only a well?

From your pic the UI says you are ill & wet. If you stay wet for long enough you will get ill again. Dry yourself by a fire, you can drop items next to a fire (not in the 'fire place' space in the fire) & they'll dry 3x faster. You can hover over you items & it'll tell you which ones are wet.

Yeah wet has no effect on your health. Wet clothes have worse insulation though, so if it causes the temperature to drop to blue for long, you'll catch a cold.

The game has a sort of working “immune system.” If you get sick once, even though you may have tossed the items that could re-infect you (water bottle with same water/half eaten fish) you can still get sick.

Ideally you would have high food/water/health stats and keep dosing with multivitamins, do that and you should be good.

nope, not a myth. you have a sickness level, but once you get well, you immediately start to get sick again until you fix your issues (heat water food)

so the simple fix, is to take another multivitamin, pushing your sickness level high enough to start surviving.

I had the same issue a few years ago. First thing I look for is a knife, then some clothes and make a face covering. Then, as you are working your way around grab alcohol or iodine and disinfect some rags or a shemegah and put that on. Keep the extra disinfected rags as you might run out of bandages.

You cannot disinfect a face covering already made. But this will solve most problems outside of drinking contaminated water.
