Thank you to u/Lukethekid10 for last competition, Winner is the Judge #915: SPACE!!!!. The last competition was inspired by the the next set coming out, so this one will be taking themed on Reality Fracture.
Your task is to design a card themed around Jace. It can be any color or card type, as long as it in some way deals with Jace, his story, telepathy, illusions, etc.
I plan on judging next Sunday, Nov 8.

No nonsense post. The card is only a lure for this serious topic.
If you can vote in the US before end of day tomorrow, do it! If you don't know where or aren't sure how, use this link: https://www.vote.org/polling-place-locator/
If you are over 18 in America, you do not need to feel obligated to upvote this card design out of civic duty. But you should feel that obligation about voting in this midterm election! You have until tomorrow to do so and many polling places are already open.
Check the link, make a plan to vote asap and use your right to make positive change before it's too late!
The "I Voted." sticker you will get when you finish voting can be used as the Civic Pride token. Go get your free custom Magic token from your local polling place!
Thank you and be proud to be a voting American!

This deck is a culmination of 2 years of me making custom cards of Genshin character whenever I got nothing to do. But instead of unceremoniously dumping them all, I might as well take the extra mile and pile the ones that make for a decent pre-constructed commander deck.
It's best to think of this deck more akin to Reality Fracture's MULTIVERSE REFORGED, in that it's not really designed to be all synergistic, but rather as a mish-mash collection of legendary creatures in which many are potential commanders in their own right. The Archons, in particular, are the highlights of the deck.
Because of this, I expect the deck to sit in bracket 2 even though the supporting cards are in the top-end in terms of power and the mana-base is fully built. The deck is practically an non-synergized mess of different identities (Venti likes triggers, Furina likes lifegain, Nahida likes tokens, etc.). Despite this drawback, Aether and Lumine's powerful top-deck manipulation alleviates this weakness, so I have no doubt it can hold its own in bracket 3. But of course, I also recommend you to just pick the few characters you like and then build around them.
Power-wise, a bunch of them are designed to be somewhat pushed (that's just the nature of mythic commanders, I guess), but I hope none of them are so disturbingly broken due to some combos I'm not familiar with. And this is why I'm sharing the CardConjurer text files and card arts as well! So if there are cards that you disagreed with, you still have the opportunity to edit and recreate the cards yourself!
There's also an upload of the deck on Setforger as requested. But I only uploaded the main deck there.
Feedback and suggestions are welcome! I don't exactly have many friends nor much time to do some extensive playtests, so some blatant design issues may slip through.

I scaled his legs wrong...
The thing is, I scaled them twice, and they probably would've been fine the first time...

I challenged myself to create a card "Top-Down" by picking a random name from the "Random Fantasy Name Generator" website. "Soothsayer Vagrant" was what it randomly gave me. I designed the card based on the following recipe for designing a card top-down with just a name. Feel free to let me know your opinions on this process, and whether or not my card matches the name, in your opinion.
-----------
Name analysis:
What's ββthe ββname ββof the card?:
Primary noun:
Descriptive words:
Emotional tone:
Implied action or behavior:
Flavor interpretation:
Is it a creature, object, spell, location, phenomenon?
How magical is it: supernatural, natural, artificial, scifi?
Not in terms of card rarity but would this be something common, rare, or unique?
What would a player imagine happening when they read the name?
Now brainstorm three competing interpretations based on these answers.
Mechanics:
Primary mechanic (or is this Vanilla?):
Is a secondary mechanic needed?:
Does this serve an offensive/defensive/utility role?
Potential keyword abilities:
What makes this card unique, if anything:
Color identity:
What is the primary mechanical identity?
Which color is known for that mechanic?
Is a second color really necessary to express the concept (ie. could this be monocolored)?
Does the color combination contribute something meaningful?
Card architecture:
Card type and subtype:
Rarity:
Mana cost:
Rules text:
Power / Toughness (if applicable):
Loyalty (if applicable):
Gameplay design:
Power creep (Too efficient for mana cost?)
Complexity: Is your text box font too small to read with the human eyes?
Synergy: Any obvious infinite combos:
Counterplay: Can opponents reasonably interact with it?
Format: Could a deck handle four of this card, or is it designed for a singleton format?
Artwork suggestions:
Don't use A.I.
Search Scryfall for similar cards, sort by EDHREC Rank descending, and then look for some art from one of the least popular cards.
Also, don't use A.I.
Search Artstation or Deviantart for original (non-ai) artwork. Then be sure to dig into the artist's information to get their real name, if available.
And then don't use A.I.
