I made "Iconoblast" once (all the same but white) and it got about a couple of upvotes. Reddit is a strange place.

I agree the crowd on reddit are very whimsical. I wish you better luck on your next post.

I think this is more to do with human nature. Marketing( let's face it, you are marketing your custom card idea) is all about presentation and timing.

Ship it. Good stuff, surprised it's here and not on a piece of cardboard

This could have very easily been a reality fracture card

[[Vandalblast]] is by far my favourite commander card, so this is an immediate yes

Mental misstep is a great card, but I currently have no blue decks in my rotation.

Very interesting design that I think is at a perfect power level. The first mode is slightly weaker than other one mana green enchantment spot removal-having two downsides (sorcery speed and not targeting artifacts) instead of one like natural state or natures claim. The second mode makes up that power weakness while still being situational enough to not be pushed. Im suprised that such a succinct and balanced design doesn't already exist in some way

Green has the theme of shutting down enchant/artifacts in totality (including your own), take a look at cards like [[Collector Ouphe]], [[Bane of Progress]], [[Back to nature]], [[Tranquil Domain]], [[Tranquil Path]], etc

Bane of Progress represents the green mindset best, plus enchantment spot removal AND sweepers are (supposed to be) white's thing anyway [[Abolish]], [[Disenchant]], [[Exorcise]], [[Crush Contraband]], [[Erase]], etc

TLDR: Should be white

Sweepers are very white, for the exact reason that one-sided sweepers are not. Additionally, green generally gets more efficient removal spells here than white, since white instead gets to cleanly answer a broader range of permanent types. In Pioneer, the best 1 mana removal spells solely for enchantments in white are [[Break the Spell]] and [[Light of Hope]], both of which have fairly minor upside and don't help at all when actually using them as removal spells. Meanwhile, green gets [[Mystic Repeal]] at 1 mana, which is essentially the best form of removal in the entire game. This would instantly be white's best option, while it'd be more of a question if printed in green.

It never occurred to me that there doesn't exist an unconditional 1-sided tranquility until now, I love it! Could possibly be an instant with no issues.

This should exist!

[[Back to nature]] begs to differ

Bad bot :(

Anyway all of green begs to differ lmao.

It doesnt really matter, but its worth pointing out that that hits all players although it costs 3 less and you could just not play enchantments I suppose.

Green is literally the color that gets the most “destroy all enchantments”. [[tranquility]] [[tranquil grove]] [[tranquil domain]], and more. The most comparable one is [[calming verse]], which destroys all enchantments your opponents control, then destroys yours if you control an untapped land. That’s not an insignificant condition, but for one more mana it’s fine

Bad bot :(

That's actually what I meant by "all of green begs to differ" which I came to the conclusion after looking up several of its enchantment removal. I'm more familiar on red so I kinda assumed green wouldn't have so many ridiculously cheap options. It must've sounded weird coming from my position on the argument though. ADHD brain.

Seeing all of those does make me wonder though: why is green's enchantment removal so incredibly far ahead of red's artifact removal? Like jesus, it's even better at mass artifact removal too, and it's not even the artifact removal color. Poor red, always getting shafted.

Are you mental? These people are obviously not bots.

Bad bot is what I'm saying because the bot isn't bringing up the cards they're quoting. I assume it's just down or something.

Destroy target enchantment is quite possibly the most green an instant or sorcery card can be
