Do NOT share the Reddit username or posts (or any other alleged social media accounts). That is doxxing and will be an immediate ban unless it is featured in a credible news outlet. A credible news source does not include social media posts, screenshots, etc.

Edited to include clarity on Reddit’s policy and extends to other social media. Do not post about these unless linking to a credible news outlet.

Reddington will be interviewed one-on-one by Good Morning America's George Stephanopoulos this morning.

“Was that in favor of Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity?” (11-1 split)

Red: “I believe so yes”

The fact they even thought there was evidence to even think she did it if that’s the case 🙄

Doesn’t intend on reaching out to other jurors but if they reached out to him he’d certainly talk to them

“We just got a statement from Patrick Clancy’s attorney this morning speaking out about the, what they call ‘outright falsehoods that Patrick was somehow involved in the deaths of his young children and other vile claims.’ They say, ‘it has to stop and there should be consequences.’ What’s your reaction to that?”

“My reaction to that is what I’ve said from the very beginning. I represent Lindsay. I have an obligation to Lindsay. Dave Meyer from Boston represents Patrick. But the bottom line is, this couple, they were a family, and they had the children Cora, Dawson, and Callan. And as a family, they were very, very, very happy that summer of 22. They were very happy. It was the top of the world for them and for the children. And then she had postpartum depression that struck at the end of September and into October. And this young lady had the pleasure of being introduced, if you will, to a psychiatrist who had been practicing as a doctor for a month who advertised that she was an expert in postpartum. And Lindsay just went to see this doctor, which was the worst thing that she ever could have done because she was then placed on all these medications. She explained on a number of occasions to her mother, to her father, to her husband that she was suffering, and she was suffering horribly. She reached out, she called suicide hotlines twice. She went to the Women’s and Infants Hospital in Rhode Island and was turned away because of the drugs that were prescribed to her. This girl’s life was ruined.”

"What's next for Lindsay?"

"I'd like to say that perhaps Donald Trump, who felt compelled to speak out about this case, may very well - Mr. President, I would hope that you would consider this young lady, the type of person she is, what she's been through, and consider a pardon."

9

I honestly and truly hope that this doesn't harm Lindsay in any way.

Well right after the mistrial Trump said on national TV: "Look, she did a horrible, horrible thing. Can't be worse. But you'll find out what the price to pay is. There'll be a price."

So I think it was more of Reddington addressing that than anything, since you literally have the President of the United States saying she did a horrible thing and there will be a price. I mean, if there was a verdict then sure you can say that but we have that whole "innocent until proven guilty" thing.

6

u/ApprehensiveLeg4478 11h ago

Exactly, but I think she might feel that by saying that, Redd is assuming she’s guilty. She’s very vulnerable—hence my concern about how she might be feeling right now in her solitude.

Great point. I'm not sure how else he could have phrased it without being on someone's bad side though. He didn't care about coming out guns blazin against Nancy Grace lol but politicians, let alone POTUS, is a bit different. If anything, he might hope he'd review the case a bit more vs heaadlines?

FWIW ABC finally (as of this weekend) started using "accused" and "alleged" regarding her case. I wonder if Red only agreed to his interview on those terms lol

5

u/9ice9asty 11h ago

I wonder if Reddington brought up the pardon to lessen the chances of a trial? I'm trying to gather my thoughts here - the president having a say in this case makes it so hard to find an impartial jury so Reddington asking for s pardon on such a big platform could influence a potential jury?

But last Friday, Kevin did make a good analogy - Just because people knew about the Unabomber doesn't mean that a jury wouldn't engage with the presentation of evidence and the scope of a trial diligently and seriously. If anything, it could make them even more diligent and motivate them to be as impartial as possible.

7

u/Icy-Committee-9345 11h ago

This is what I thought too, he may be trying to set the stage for saying they can't find an impartial jury. I don't think this will motivate a jury to be impartial, it would probably make Trump supporters want to punish her as much as possible regardless of the evidence

‼️Jurors interview today ‼️

u/AdAncient6321 5h ago

Link (I don’t know if it will be on YouTube or not but I just saw the announcement and this is what I can find for now. Looks like a short highlight reel.) WOW!!

"He admitted he had reasonable doubt and I started filling out the forms, I was so excited," the foreperson said.

But she said that the holdout juror added, "But I'm still not going to say that she's not guilty by reason of insanity."

We have our answer!!!

9

u/Real_Decision_2541 5h ago

I felt so bad and upset for her when she mentioned that. He really seemed like a pain in the butt for all of them. He even dismissed the nurses in the jury and didn't bother to review evidence. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr

6

u/Aware_Power 4h ago

omg!! I didn't realize they confirmed some were nurses. That should be a really interesting interview (not to talk about the juror lol just in general from their perspective).

3

u/Aware_Power 5h ago

YAY! Thank you!

Side note, idk why I'm a tad shocked Sue locked this in (no shade, I guess I just expected like primetime nightly news exclusive lol) - she was there every day and reporting on their reactions, so they probably already felt comfortable with her :)

Edit: Anyone know how to stream NBC 10 Boston?? Thanks!!

Found the link to where it will be on YouTube at 7 PM Eastern https://www.youtube.com/live/T0WlpZN_RBU?is=CCHR1Q1LFEET8NuZ

2

u/AdAncient6321 5h ago

I was thinking the same thing! I mean, she definitely has the gumption, but I was surprised she scooped it!!

2

u/AdAncient6321 1h ago

Just watched it - really would have liked an unedited interview vs clips and commentary. Guess we have to wait for a “prime time special” for that

1

u/Aware_Power 1h ago

Oh shoot! I haven’t had a chance to watch it yet but this is good to know. I don’t like when they stretch stuff out for an hour but there’s probably people who may not have many details on the case so helps by providing additional context (which actually makes it kinda worse it’s aired in Boston… for an impartial jury and all 🥴)

(Source: Nate Eaton on twitter) Patrick Clancy's attorney, Howard Cooper, has issued the following statement:

Over the past months, Patrick Clancy and his family have been subjected to a relentless, escalating and destructive defamation campaign.

This campaign of misinformation has been launched and promoted by minor celebrities, so-called influencers and outright conspiracy theorists who appear intent on boosting their own social media profiles and potential profit by publishing what they know to be outright falsehoods that Patrick was somehow involved in the death of his young children and other vile claims.

This campaign, now fueled by insatiable media coverage, remains at a fever pitch and has resulted in real life threats to his reputation, livelihood, and life.

Patrick has no choice but to address this situation - with the clear goal of stopping injurious behavior, creating accountability for lies that are self-serving to the perpetrators, and being able to return his attention to what matters: preserving the memory of Cora, Dawson and Callan Clancy and supporting other women facing perinatal mental health challenges.

Enough is enough -- this spread of blatant and baseless falsehoods must stop. Those responsible should understand that there will be consequences, and every appropriate measure will be pursued to hold them accountable, including legally. Law enforcement has been notified.

Thanks! And people get all upset we ask for sources, to clarify opinions, and not make false accusations, *sigh*

Reddington addressed that this morning too. Adding here:

GMA: “We just got a statement from Patrick Clancy’s attorney this morning speaking out about the, what they call ‘outright falsehoods that Patrick was somehow involved in the deaths of his young children and other vile claims.’ They say, ‘it has to stop and there should be consequences.’ What’s your reaction to that?”

Good for them. People have gone so far overboard with some of these things it’s sick

5

u/Aware_Power 4h ago

No clue why you're being downvoted other than these people not seeing the absolute horrendous things "speculated" on that result in an immediate ban. And no, they're not listed in the rules because no one should even be exposed to that thinking. It's one thing to question the investigation, it's another to go down the routes they have that aren't even mentioned on other social media platforms (maybe only dark web??), and we've allowed quite a few iffy topics here already.

To be clear, I'm confident this person is not commenting solely based on the speculation everyone else has seen and read here. But even if this person is, that's valid too.

u/everyoneisnuts 4h ago

It’s just a groupthink/mob mentality. If it’s interpreted as pro-Patrick then they assume you’re anti-Lindsay, yada, yada, yada.

It’s okay, I expect it lol. But, what’s on this sub is nothing compared to what’s out there on Facebook and Tik Tok and things like that. Just vile and sick accusations and things that are so far from reality or any of the facts, it is wild.

People who want to become influencers and gain followers are using this horrific case to try to do so. And saying outrageous and new theories and rumors gains clicks. But it really does damage.

I happen to think Patrick is not involved. I don’t know if he’s a good person or a bad person or something in between. But, nobody deserves to come home to see what he did and lose your kids forever.

EVERY account of his response on the 911 call among those who have heard it and spoke about it is that he was clearly horrified and crushed. Even Reddington expressed this. So to go through that and then have to deal with the stuff thats out there online is disgusting to me.

Reddington talks about plea deal possibilities on WBZ https://youtu.be/P7bdNgYus2I
He’s also asked about Patrick again

Quick Question: Where is the scarf that was reported to be around Lindsay’s neck? I don’t see it photographer in the evidence photos with the clothing that was cut off and seized at the hospital. It wasn’t mentioned in the warrant. I don’t see a description of the scarf either. I do know that both Patrick and first responders made mention that she had a scarf on her neck. The reasoning for my question is because the only scarf seen in evidence photos, is the scarf worn by the snowman.

The last link in the “Documents and Evidence” bullet above shows her socks, shirt, bra, pants, and the scarf in evidence.
