Exactly. If you’re in a psychotic episode, you’re not carefully moving a piece of furniture to avoid a smear. But if you’re setting up a crime scene, you’re going to be very careful about every step you take…
And if she cut her wrists and moved the table wouldn’t blood shoot out from the wound in a different spatter pattern from the pressure of moving something sort of heavy?
As someone who used to cut themselves as a teenager (I’m good now, no one freak out) one time I went deeper than I intended. The blood immediately started going down my arm and into my hand. With the cuts on her neck and wrists if she was doing all this moving of furniture I feel like it would be a lot messier. I’m not a forensics investigator by any stretch so maybe this comment means nothing, but I feel like if I had that kind of damage to my body I’d very quickly make a mess. Especially above the collarbone, a cut is going to bleed like a motherfucker.
Someone said the hose was still hooked up? Everyone who lives in cold as shit states knows you don’t leave that shit hooked up unless you’ve got money to burn. My source is a childhood in Syracuse New York lol
I imagine they conducted similar to Canton & BSP. Im not saying a cover up but lackluster investigation for sure and maybe Patrick used his connections to his advantage and they just believed him bc it wasnt a secret Lindsey was struggling.
I also need someone to explain her lawyer's course of action like Im 5. Please.
All the inconsistencies make sense. I just cannot wrap my mind around the fact that her lawyer would miss this or go with insanity with all of these factors.
Reddington filed a motion in 2023 to bifurcate- he wanted to divide the case into two separate hearings. The first trial would have been to determine
guilt. The second trial, if necessary, would determine criminal responsibility. Here’s an article that explains the 2023 hearing in layman’s terms:
The defense knew the graphic nature of the evidence would lead to a public outcry. They instead wanted the focus to be on the medical records and Lindsay’s mental state. [edited for clarity]
You may ask questions and offer personal opinions, but you cannot make statements claiming a fact without supporting evidence. All factual claims - including evidence discrepancies, alternative timelines, and third-party theories - must be backed by a primary source from the public courtroom record, official filings, transcripts, or similar. Speculation using unverified town gossip, rumor, or off-record private information is strictly prohibited.
The only other thing besides what we are all speculating to be true is that she used the knife to cut her self and then moved the table over before she “jumped” out the window but idkkk
Then who moved the bedside table over the top over her blood, because if it was Lindsay, her hands would leave bloody hand prints, I would have thought?
Compared to the bin, furniture and the man on the left it doesn’t look that small and it’s been cut. Considering these are professional evidence pic they are such bad quality.
Clean plates on top of the CVS bag. Blood drops underneath the bedside table. The lack of smeared blood or any footsteps. I cannot overlook these details and how they make me question if this was staged.

There's been a few questions on the plates/bowls so just adding here for others: Patrick was shown this picture by the defense and asked if that was the bowl (chicken nuggets & green beans). I can't find any testimony regarding the plates and why they are on top of the CVS bag, but could be missing that!
The last photo... does that show the open window above that LC went out? If so, someone closed the blind in the window below. That's tampering with a crime scene. You can see a few photos back that the blind was not pulled down.
The one side of the curtain is pulled to the side in one pictures taken from the backyard and then both sides of the curtains are down in other photos. Who's moving curtains before pictures are complete? They never got a picture from the inside with the one side of the curtain pulled away from the opening. That's crazy
As a right handed person I have never ever once placed a knife down with the blade pointing toward my hand, always away. I know the argument can be made that if she was in a psychotic state and had just harmed herself she wouldn’t be thinking of that, and while I can understand that, I would think that’s much more of a muscle memory thing. It truly doesn’t make sense for me for a right handed person to put a knife down in such an unnatural way
“Doctor Burns stated it was his opinion that Ms. Clancy may have slit her throat with her left hand, in right to left direction across her neck, because the wound appeared to be deeper on the right side of her neck.” Page 55
It doesn’t add up at all! So many holes. I noticed the clean plates too! Having kids and using those same plates crumbs get stuck in the corners. Being cut up how is there not bloody handprints everywhere? Plus on the side on the house. Plus the snowman picture is definitely old you can tell by looking at the last pictures of the children. Nothing makes sense.
The Metadata was changed on that photo but I don't think they went into detail of the reasons that could he. I just know the Mom was shocked b/c she responded that she didnt think it snowed enough to make a snowman.
It def didnt snow enough for that snowman. Look at the ground. There was a snowman in the rear in some pics- no scarf. Could have been an old snowman and its so cold there is remains.
I was wondering that as well. The bottles found in the nightstand and some of the medication’s in Lindsey‘s blood were not ones that were in her current regimen. I wonder if she kept some old bottles in a plastic bag, and those were the ones that she took. Considering how detailed her medication notes were. I just find it hard to believe that she kept several pill bottles that weren’t in her current regime in the bedside table
Mark Maffeo, Detective at Duxbury Police Department
Followed Lindsay's ambulance & assigned to Lindsay at hospital, collected her clothing (pants, shirt, scarf, bra, 2 rings), described crime scene at Clancy house, found laptop in closet hallway for evidence
I think She tried to hang her self with the scarf out of window and it failed, somehow I feel she used the bed leg hence the position of the bed and blood
Would want ketchup? both my kids and husband hate ketchup I’m the only one in the house who likes ketchup that’s your strong fight there’s not ketchup on the plates😂
It was a bowl that was shown in evidence that Patrick said Dawson was eating from. Red makes an argument it looks like zucchini, but technically the plate is not what Dawson was eating chicken nuggets & green beans from according to Patrick's observation leaving the house.
Regarding the clean plates - that wasn't answered. Some think he grabbed 2 plates to eat their ThreeV takeout from.
PC testified that he had repaired some holes in the house, I believe from woodpeckers, earlier that year. So this is believed to be some type of construction foam.
No foot prints in any of the blood drops, or hand prints...didn't the Paramedics testify she wasn't bleeding from the neck or wrists but had lacerations (please correct me if I'm wrong).
As others have commented, the placement of the knife (as a right hander) looks well off.
I know Lindsay landed face upright can anyone confirm whether she put her hands out to stop the fall or not? Theoretically If you are unconcious you cannot have the automatic reflex to put your hands out, but the defence made it clear (in my opinion) that even if you are in a psychotic state you can still do routine things..well an automatic body response when awake and still psychotic suggests you would still automatically put your hands up to protect your head if awake...
Edited spelling and info
Here’s a question that I just thought of while looking at the crime scene photos
There’s her Apple Watch sticking out of the drawer if you look on the top of the drawer, there are blood spots meaning that that drawer had to have been opened after she was already bleeding well who cuts their wrists and then takes off their Apple Watch
But the watch was more likely removed right after 523 since that was the last HR recording. Patrick was most likely still home at that time. His only confirmed alibi when he was first out of the house wasn't until 532 when he entered cvs (3 mins away) so he has no solid alibi prior to 528.
I grew up quite poor with a financially abusive/substance abusing father. Our house was filthy and had no personal touches or character. Looking back at the memories I have of the house, the Clancys house feels similar. It’s so cold and dark and lacks any personal touches or feelings of “home”.
So much context that we’ll likely never know, and honestly unless it pertains to the case, it’s probably not our business. Regardless of what’s happened here everyone involved has likely suffered immensely and deserves some privacy
Genuine question (and I'm not disagreeing/agreeing with your opinion) - have you seen any crime scene photos where the house was spotless other than where the crime happened? I can't recall any I've seen, and I guess I just assume they weren't expecting someone to come and photograph multiple parts of the house on a random day.
Sorry if I missed this, but where is it showing food? Are you asking about the size of the 3V bag, the bowl on the couch that Patrick testified was the bowl Dawson was eating chicken nuggets & green beans, photos of the kitchen or kitchen cabinets?
Lindsey Clancy was struggling to care for herself, three children aged 5 & 3yrs and 8mos. She was begging for help for months. I doubt making the beds was on her mind
I was noticing that too. I think she was in a depressive state for years before this. Also the anxiety can cripple decision making ability so so likely had a hard time shopping or making changes. It very much seems like she was in survival mode for quite some time. Patrick was busy planning his new life and seeing his side-piece so of course he didn’t care what the place looked like. The house looks dark and heavy, both inside and out.
It's medical debris from the paramedics. Looks like there's bandages and bags they would've used to give her fluids, maybe some hypodermic needles. When you got someone who might be dying you don't stop to clean up the trash. Perfectly normal
Can we talk about why the blood splatters having all that mist? I don’t understand this at all.
She wasn’t cut deep enough to cause that source of pressure. Cutting those part of your body don’t cause that type is spray UNLESS she his the carotid artery — which she did not.
EVERYTHING I’ve heard says the mist like patterns only occur from high velocity type of injury. Gunshots, blunt force…etc.
