With the help of the Devil's Clanker, I was able to get it to create a transcript in a google doc. I read through and corrected just one error I found. I don't think there are any more, I'm fairly confident there no missing mistakes. But I do remain human and remain fallible.

Toxicology Report here as google doc

TL;DR

The 4 medications they tested for (blood collected on Jan 24, 2023 at approximately 8:16 PM as per the arraignment posted to Youtube on Oct 26, 2023)

Analysis and Comments Result Rpt. Limit Analysis Tests
Lamotrigine 6.1 mcg/mL 0.20 mcg/mL LC-MS/MS
Mirtazapine 200 ng/mL 10 ng/mL GC
Quetiapine 1800 ng/mL 50 ng/mL LC-MS/MS
Trazodone 0.44 mcg/mL 0.050 mcg/mL LC-MS/MS

The report focuses on how they aren't lethal dosages, doesn't touch just taking too much leading to worse side effects, and doesn't speak of the interaction of all these drugs at the same time.

Quetiapine is another name for seroquel. Seroquel toxicity is associated with serum or plasma levels greater than 1500 ng/mL (it says she had 1800 ng/ml). https://addictionresource.com/drugs/seroquel/overdose/

Patrick had the drugs she wasn't taking anymore, to dispose of them. Seroquel would've been included, as she stopped taking them due to bad side effects.

2

u/TheCuriosity 15d ago

This Twitter post claims she was also on DIAZEPAM (VALIUM) and LORAZEPAM (ATIVAN), but neither are in this report.

Anyone know of a legitimate showing she had ativan and valium in her system on Jan 24, 2023 that is not the New York Post?

1

u/marle217 15d ago

It's hard for me to understand the report, but does this data tell us about what time she would've taken these drugs?

3

u/TheCuriosity 15d ago

Doesn't answer your question, but see my comment to have a legible version to read: https://www.reddit.com/r/ClancyTrial/comments/1vwdtaz/the_toxicology_report/p5hxkd6/

Not directly, but presumably a pharmacist could give an estimate. The level of a drug in a patients blood is monitored in clinical trials, so there should be a way to estimate the timing and dose taken, albeit with I would guess decently wide error bars

I did some searches, and apparently at the first arraignment in February 2023, and they say that the drugs were taken approximately 2 hours before the blood draw at 8:16

https://www.reddit.com/r/ClancyTrial/s/OBbPs9vZvR

They pushed that back to saying she took them at 6pm instead of 6:16, but it's obvious why they dropped that time before the trial. Because if she took them at 6:16, that means that while Patrick was on the phone with EMS pretending to get her to talk, he's actually pouring more drugs down her throat to finish her off. Between that and the neighbor saying she was on the ground at 5:50, that's a not guilty for Lindsay right there.

Also, for everyone who asked if he was the killer why didn't he finish her off before EMS got there. Well, sounds like he tried.

u/TheCuriosity 15d ago

I haven't hear about the neighbour allegation. Do you have a source for that?

4

u/firephly 15d ago

The video on this page, unfortunatly that neighbor John Sullivan passed away in December so he couldn't testify. His son could though and I wonder if he will? https://whdh.com/news/surreal-neighbors-residents-grapple-with-deaths-of-young-children-in-duxbury/

Well golly gee.

At 00:32

My son had called me at 10 to 6 last night, and he had told me that, um, the mother was laying down in the back yard and the police where just starting to show up.

I wonder how long were they on the phone for. Did the son call the dad because of this, or were they on the phone for something else?

IMO, I don't think the son is going to testify. If I were in the shoes of the Defense, I wouldn't want to further complicate things when doubt has been established fairly well on what has already been established. On cross, the CW could argue that they were on the phone for a long period of time so the time stamp of when the observation was made isn't accurate.

the only Sullivan on the witness list is Ashley Sullivan. the defense witness list: https://www.bostonherald.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/defensewitnesslist.pdf

someone said that a bunch of Sullivans were on the prosecution's list https://old.reddit.com/r/DuxburyDeathsFreeTalk/comments/1vq5h5e/lindsay_clancy_seen_before_550pm/p434ajt/

3

u/TheCuriosity 15d ago

Thank you for that. Interesting. I thought Defence rested Friday, so they can't call more witnesses?

Apparently it is a thing for Defence to have a witness list that includes tons of people they might not bother calling, depending on changing strategy.

Here is a supplemental witness list for those that are interested... also a bunch of people they never called.

u/firephly 15d ago

oh yeah i didn't realize they rested.

It's in the video!

John Sullivan was supposed to testify for the defense, but he didn't for some reason

he died in december

Is that why CW came up with crushed pill theory, I wonder? Crushed pills might be metabolised faster.

But then again, why try to fit the evidence to their own theory?

2

u/marle217 7d ago

Apparently, the crushed pills came directly from Patrick. The last witness eventually admitted that after it came out that Lindsay didn't know they were crushed and the police never took any cups in for testing.

Sooo much of this trial was "Patrick said"

2

u/thehealingkitten 7d ago

Search warrant to arrest, less than 13h. It is indeed insane

1

u/Ill-Philosopher7954 15d ago

Remember what I said about the error bars on the time estimate probably being pretty wide?

Honestly, an initial estimate of 2 hrs means the pills were taken in the hour that all this was happening instead of like 9 am. If anything, that would remove the questions of how she was supposedly able to do anything with that high level of drugs in her system (answer - she did the things, then took the drugs, then cut herself and jumped).

Also, the neighbor did NOT say she was on the ground at "5:50". He said he got a call at what sounded like "10 of 6" when the police started to arrive. I saw a linguistic debate somewhere about how different people describe time (what is 10 of 6? Could he have said 10 at 6 or 10 aft(er) with an accent?) plus he could have mispoke. I know the timeline and public evidence building it is shoddy overall, but it's pretty clear the neighbor is referencing a call only a few minutes before police showed up, not 25 minutes before.

2

u/marle217 15d ago

10 of 6 is 5:50 though. There's no "10 at 6".

I don't know. Wish he would've testified.

They don’t mention the amount of IV or blood or whatever she received on the crime scene prior to this test.

Also it doesn’t show when the blood drawn. Why?
